Most importantly they were always easy to reach and offer assistance. Do not buy or rent in Zakynthos unless you visit them first!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had a very good experience with this agency. Mike and Gabriela helped us buy a house in the Volimes area in 2017. We are based in Paris,France, so good communication was very important. Mike selected a number of potential properties and provided us with details to help our decision-making to buy the house. He also helped select a good lawyer, notary public and accountant to facilitate the deal, and the fact that, now that we are in the house renovation phase, we are still working with all three of them shows that his choices were good. Mike helpfully stayed involved after we had closed the deal for some unresolved legal issues (now finalized), and worked with the architect he had advice us to ensure that the entire process from buying to renovating the property went as smoothly as can be expected. Last but not least, we had some fun dinner parties with Mike and Gabriela in which their hospitality ensured that we felt very welcome in what will be our new home from 2019 onward.I would warmly recommend JM Real estate office for your real estate deals in Zakynthos. Mike (and his wife Gabriella) was friendly and very honest and open during the purchase of our house in Zakynthos. He has great knowledge of the area and of real estate. His service goes way further than what is expected of a real estate agent, eg arranging poolman, gardener etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderfull experience. We are from the US and were looking for a holiday home in Greece. Mike saved us from making a costly mistake. We looked with another realtor and found a house that was heavily discounted. We decided to purchase and advised him. Mike said it sounded to good to be true. Several hours later Mike called and said the house was not legal built. We did not persue this house and found one he had listed. Closing the deal was difficult but Mike was able to work out the details,which took a year and half. The house was great but our circumstance changed and Mike sold the house for us 2 years later. Mike and his wife are wonderful and very helpful. He has arranged insurance,helped find contractors and even found a mover for us. Service is what he delivers.
