Κ	Κατερίνα Βαρβαρήγου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν μου έδωσαν self test με τη δικαιολογία οτι τελείωσαν, αν και ήταν η πρώτη μέρα διάθεσης τους μιας και οι προηγούμενες ήταν αργίες οπότε δε δικαιολογείται..ειναι μικρό φαρμακείο. Πήγα στο φαρμακείο της γειτονιάς μου και με εξυπηρέτησαν και ειναι και μεγάλο φαρμακείο με πολύ κοσμο.. Οι υπάλληλοι ( μια συγκεκριμένη για την ακρίβεια) τη μάσκα προστασίας την αγνοεί επιδεικτικά. Όση ώρα ήμουν εκεί, περιφερόταν και εξυπηρετούσε έτσι, χωρίς καμία προφύλαξη, υπό την ανοχή φυσικά των υπευθύνων που ήταν παρόντες. Στο τέλος μου έδωσε και λάθος μέγεθος σε αυτό που ήθελα. Το χρώμα όμως το πέτυχε. Και βέβαια με ύφος εντελώς απρόθυμο και βαριεστημένο. The availability of products as seen on the internet has nothing to do with reality. Αγόρασα ένα πιεσόμετρο το οποίο ήταν ελαττωματικό και στην προσπαθεια μου να το επιστρεψω ο υπάλληλος ήταν αγενεστατος και με παρέπεμψε στην αντιπροσωπεία με τον πιο ανεκδιήγητο τρόπο. Πλήρης έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού και σεβασμού στους πελάτες και σε καμία περίπτωση δεν θα το συνεστηνα για μελλοντικες αγορές. Υπάρχουν πολύ πιο αξιόλογα φαρμακεία και με ανταγωνιστικές τιμές. Με αγένεια και χωρίς καμμία διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσει αρνήθηκε να μου πάρει πίεση λέγοντας πως το φαρμακείο δεν διαθέτει πιεσόμετρο και μου είπε αν θεωρώ πως το πιεσόμετρο έχει πρόβλημα, να απευθυνθώ στην αντιπροσωπεία. m	md dm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτοι! Εκανα παραγγελια 70€ και μου πεταξαν μεσα ΕΝΑ μονο δειγματακι (ασχετο κι ολας με οσα ειχα παραγγειλει). Που σε αλλα φαρμακεια, ενα πραγμα παιρνω και μου βαζουν 5-6 "δωρακια" ... Unacceptable! I placed an order for € 70 and they threw me ONE single sample (irrelevant to everything I had ordered). Τσάμπα τα χιλιόμετρα και οι υπάλληλοι αντι να πούνε ένα συγνώμη λάθος, με ρώτησαν που πήρα τηλέφωνο για να καταλάβουν αν πήρα στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο ή στο κατάστημα. Λές και θα άλλαζε κάτι. Μετά από κάποια λεπτά αναζήτησης δεν είχαν σε διαθεσιμότητα το ένα από τα τρία φάρμακα που ήθελα. Ο κύριος επέμενε να αγοράσω το προϊόν που μου πρότεινε, αφού δεν είχε αυτό που έγραφε η γιατρός μου, σε σημείο καταπίεσης λέγοντας μου ότι κάνει ακριβώς την ίδια δουλειά. Εγώ συνέχισα λέγοντας πως προτιμώ να αγοράσω το προϊόν που μου γράφει η γιατρός μου και εκείνος συνέχιζε να επιμένει σε μεγάλο βαθμό απλά για να αγοράσω το προϊόν που ήθελε εκείνος. Δεν νομίζω πως ήταν επαγγελματική η συμπεριφορά του. Εγώ δεν θα το ξανά προτιμήσω.
