Δεν υπάρχουν τραυματισμοί..δεν καταπονειται το σώμα! Όλες οι ασκήσεις είναι στοχευμενες και το ιδανικό είναι ότι μπορείς να γυρίσεις μετα στις υποχρεώσεις της ημέρας χωρίς ανουσια εξάντληση. Μπραβο στον Διονύση Φεξη για την κατάρτιση του και επίσης για τον ωραιο χώρο που έχει δημιουργήσει. Δεν μπορώ βέβαια να μην σχολιάσω και την υποστήριξη στο γραφείο του ! Την Σταυρούλα ! Το δεξί και αριστερό χέρι!!Ο πιο θετικός άνθρωπος που έχω γνωρίσει. Σου φτιάχνει την ημέρα με το χαμόγελο της..και φοβερη στις μουσικές επιλογες !! Μην αργείτε εγγραφείτε!!
