A	Aristea Vasilopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice apartments, recently renovated with modern designs and fully equipped! In a quiet neighborhood, away from traffic noises! There are supermarkets and places to eat or drink close by and the metro station is only 5 minutes away! The staff is very polite and helpful with everything you might need! Super clean and bright! The roof garden on the top floor is amazing, especially in the evening! I certainly recommend it, totally value for money!!! 5 stars!!!!!
a	annice in wonderland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent apartment, newly refurbished, very clean and comfortable. Plenty of free parking around which is a rare luxury in Athens. Great roof terrace. Very quiet though close to a lively square with excellent restaurants. Very convenient for overnight stay before or after using Piraeus port (15 min drive).

They will cancel your stay just 3 hours before arrival (stating it’s too late- even though I got the confirmation from booking.com that they have a much later check in registered). Then they don’t pick up (with me or booking.com) AND they wrote upon cancellation (which they did not do via booking.com!!!! But just in writing) that they will see IF I can get the money back. The worst is the lack of response. This makes it seem like a scam. BE CAREFUL! ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️
P	Prerna CK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked for 3 nights here, they were nice to bring key around 10pm. Well apartment wasn’t like we thought. It was in the ground floor so light from the passage, people screaming from the opposite apartment, the drilling from next building was horrible. Apartment have no view, or to place to breath except if you wanna go to the windy terrace. So you can expect is to go and try to sleep with neighbours screaming and partying until late and the bright light from outside the corridor. Oh ya our booking was smartly cancelled from booking.con saying issue with credit card which never happened earlier so we paid cash with booking.com charges and no discount. 30 minutes walk to the archaeological site and expect kitchen in the roof top which we did not use, filter coffee and water boiler, small fridge, microwave in the room. Anyways, it was a safe neighbourhood…..
I	Iryna R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud. The accommodation is digusting. Huge yellow stains on the walls, hanging dirty cords from the TV screen, cracked plastering on the walls. Cracked and fittings around the sink. Disgusting common kitchen. The only true photo here is of the rooftop which is really nice, unless there is a huge construction you're looking at from the rooftop. And the "accommodation manager" telling you, "I don't know which photos you've seen because we have many properties" and keeps stalking you with phone calls after you leave. On top of all, I was asked to pay cash, not in advance, but upon arrival. While at the same time they were trying to credit my card via booking.com.
C	Christina Giannini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ · I stayed there for work travel. The initial plan was to stay one week but I had to stay for 4 weeks. They wanted cash ( no taxes for them, same price for me) The last day, although I had already paid my stay they asked me to leave or pay an extra night.They entered my room, packed my stuff and left the windows open(no window screens) for me to find when I got back from work. I decided to leave although I had paid the room. No cleaning, only once a week and upon request. (Not good cleaning) No change bedsheets, towels etc, only upon request. No heating, the air condition isn't working. Extremely cold and humidity in the room. Extremely dissapointed by the management. P. S.They were also doing maintenance works( painted the wall) while I was staying there.I agreed to that, but I regret now. In general, lost money. Stay away.
M	Matthew Niendorf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a bad experience at K8 Athens. The place itself is meager in terms of amenities. Not clean. Doesn't look like pictures on listing. We had some of belonging stolen and the property made no effort to reimburse us. Look elsewhere if you are staying in Athens. Would never, ever stay here again.

Also have very good taxi services with very kind drivers with good price for my airport transfers when i need it. Highly recommended 1000% Thanks you for everything ?.
