★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a lovely blue cheese and walnut salad at Kaaren's. The staff are friendly, and the food was fresh, clean and light. Not to mention cheap! Just what i needed after all of the gyros, pitas, cheese, rice/potatoes and other amazing, but heavy greek food which I've been eating over the past few days. Peaceful atmosphere and attended alone as my partner is off diving for the day, was welcomed and wasnt questioned about why i was alone - which i find tends to happen in other places, which then makes me feel uncomfortable. Thank you Kaaren's!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made me wait outside with the baby till she tends to other tables ”ill come to you in a minute” after 5 minutes she came back and said ”come back in half an hour, i have 3 tables ahead of you”. Felt unwelcome. I prefer the other greek unpretentious places in Elounda

Probably worth the 10 minute walk from tasmania village each morning to be honest.
