★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γιαγιά, μαμά, εγώ, ο αδελφός μου κι ο άντρας μου πλέον (τον μυήσαμε κι αυτόν!), δεκαετίες ολόκληρες πηγαίνουμε και παίρνουμε κάθε είδους ξηρό καρπό, λουκούμια, καραμέλες κι ο,τι άλλο τραβάει η ψυχή μας σε ένα οικογενειακό κατάστημα, που εκτός από την ποικιλία και τη ζεστασιά του, το καλοκαίρι είχαμε τη χαρά να μας εξυπηρετεί στο ταμείο και ο αξιολάτρευτος μικρός Κωνσταντίνος (εμένα μου λείπει, το παραδέχομαι)! Νιώθεις γειτονιά, εξυπηρέτηση, χαμόγελα, εμπιστοσύνη. Είναι αυτό που πρέπει από όλες τις μεριές! Είναι τόσο εξυπηρετικοί που όταν περνάω και αυτομάτως μπαίνω μέσα, γιατί ξέρω ότι όλο και κάτι θα ήθελε η ηλικιωμένη πια μητέρα μου να της πάρω, μπαίνω μέσα και την καλώ από το κινητό σπίτι και συννενοούμαστε όλοι μαζί για το τί να της αγοράσω, χωρίς δυσανασχέτηση για τυχόν καθυστέρηση από τους ανθρώπους στο Γιακουμίδη, είναι πάντα πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν για αυτό και πάντα θα ψωνίζουμε όλοι μας από εκεί.

They are so helpful that when I pass by and I automatically go in, because I know that my elderly mother would always like me to take her, I go in and call her from her mobile home and we all agree on what to buy her, without any disagreement for any delay from the people in Giakoumidis, they are always willing to cater for it and we will all always shop from there.
