★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία για φαγητό το βράδυ αλλά και για καφέ αν κάνετε στάση πηγαίνοντας ή ερχόμενοι από Καρπενήσι.
 Very good location for food in the evening but also for coffee if you stop going or coming from Karpenisi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στην κεντρική πλατεία ξεχωριζει το πολύ ωραίο καφενείο ο Πλάτανος(απότο 1961), προφανώς λόγω του πλατανου που βρίσκεται απ έξω. Παραδοσιακός ελληνικός καφές στο μπρίκι και πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Αξίζει τον κόπο να το επισκεφτείτε αν ο δρόμος σας βγάλει από το χωριό της Υπάτης.
In the central square stands the very nice cafe Platanos (since 1961), obviously due to the plane tree that is located outside. Traditional Greek coffee in the kettle and very good service. It is worth visiting if the road takes you from the village of Ypati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρκετά παραδοσιακό καφενείο. Πάνω στην πλατεία. Κάτω από τα δέντρα μπορεί να κάτσει κάνεις και να απολαύσει. Δυστυχώς τη μέρα που είχα πάει εγώ είχε πολλή φασαρία... Πήραμε μόνο καφέ, δεν καθίσαμε πολύ ώρα... Στην είσοδο της πόλης σε καλωσορίζει ένα τανκ του δευτέρου Παγκοσμίου πολέμου.! Άλλη μία μαρτυρική πόλη που την.... περιποιήθηκαν οι Γερμανοί , οι ίδιοι που κάναν και τη σφαγή του Διστόμου...!
