Updated store. I visit it often for the variety of electrical material and the advantageous prices. Waiting for service is the only downside.
Β	Βασίλης Χατζ. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν 1 χρόνο πήρα ηλ. υλικό και δεν είχε 3 πρίζες και 1 καλώδιο που ήθελα. Λέμε να τα παραγγείλουμε.μου λέει ο υπάλληλος το καλώδιο όχι γιατί είναι σε έλλειψη... Οκ το αφήνουμε λοιπόν.. Έλα όμως που χρεώθηκε κανονικά... Μετά απο 2 εβδομάδες καμία ενημέρωση.. Οπότε είπα να πάρω να δω τι γίνεται.. Εντελώς τυχαία μετά από 1 ώρα ήρθαν οι πρίζες..... Να πω ότι έγινε εξόφληση στην αρχή.. Πηγαίνοντας για παραλαβή μου λένε χρωστάς 10.50€ λέω πώς γιατί?στο ψάξιμο με έβαλε και κλέφτη ο υπεύθυνος του καταστήματος οτι τις πρίζες τις ξαναπήρα λέει.. Παρόλο πού δεν τις είχαν πριν.. Τελικά με τα πολλά το λάθος βρέθηκε. Ήταν το καλώδιο που δεν παράγγειλα ποτε... Φεύγοντας ούτε συγνώμη δεν ακούστηκε βέβαια.... Λέω πότε ξανά καυκας στο Ηράκλειο.. ΈΛΑ ΜΟΥ ΌΜΩΣ πού 8 Δεκεμβρίου ενα τηλέφωνο με έκανε τούρμπο ξανά... Χρωστάω λεει 10.50€ κ να γίνει εξόφληση πριν τελειώσει ο χρόνος... ΑΑΑ Κ ΓΙΑ ΌΟΛΑ ΤΑ ΠΡΑΓΜΑΤΑ 300 € ΠΕΡΊΠΟΥ ΔΕΝ ΜΟΥ ΈΔΩΣΑΝ ΠΟΤΈ ΑΠΌΔΕΙΞΗ ΑΓΟΡΆΣ.. ΤΥΧΑΊΟ? 1 year ago I got electronic material and it did not have 3 sockets and 1 cable that I wanted. We say to order them. The clerk tells me the cable not because it is in short supply ... Ok so we leave it .. But come on it was charged normally ... After 2 weeks no information .. So I said to take a look to see what happens. Completely by accident after 1 hour the sockets came ..... Let me say that payment was made in the beginning .. Going to pick me up they say I owe 10.50 € I say how why? I took it again, he says .. Even though they did not have them before .. Eventually the mistake was found. It was the cable that I never ordered ... Leaving, of course, no apology was heard .... I say when again a Caucasian in Heraklion .. BUT COME TO ME where on December 8 a phone made me a turbo again ... I owe it says 10.50 € and to be paid before the time ends ...

All the children are very helpful and friendly! They do the best for the customer! With specialized staff and a variety of products! The girls at the checkout are friendly and with as much patience as needed with the customers!

Οι υπάλληλοι τρέχουν πάνω κάτω και δεν ξέρουν τι να πρωτοκανουν. Δε φταίνε κι αυτοί. Κατά τα άλλα τεράστια ποικιλία και τιμές για όλες τις τσέπες! Very late service. It has little staff and people are queuing up to be served. Employees run up and down and do not know what to do first. It's not their fault either. Otherwise huge variety and prices for all pockets!
D	D Rams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get some led lights for a friend. Parking was a bit dodgy, ( I elected to leave my wife in the car.) I spoke to a very knowledgeable man in the shop, who spoke perfect English, ( because my Greek is just tourist level) I got exactly what I wanted, very quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this establishment.
