Wir hatten unsere zweite Lindos Tour auch hier drüber gebucht leider mussten wir krankheitsbedingt stornieren. Es wurde sofort geholfen und unsere Betrag wurde sofort Rückerstattet. Sehr professionell und bis auf die Details werden Reisende informiert. Danke an die nette Dame Frau A. T Everything great. The Symi Tour was very well organized. We had booked our second Lindos tour over here, unfortunately we had to cancel due to illness. Help was provided immediately and our amount was immediately refunded. Travelers are informed very professionally and down to the details. Thanks to the nice lady Mrs. A. T

Und es wird der Fehler nicht zu gegeben obwohl mehrer Touristen betroffen. Der Kampf ums Geld ist wirklich schwer. Wir haben nur ein Gutschrift/Gutschein für einen anderen Ausflug bekommen. Und auch nur weil wir nicht locker gelassen haben. Es hat wirklich mehrer Tage gedauert bis es geklärt wurde. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht. Stress im Urlaub. Geld ist weg. Bitte aufpassen Leute. Das Unternehmen die solche Fehler macht und auch während der gesamten Ausflug keine Informationen gibt über Insel über den Ablauf ecetera heißt Pheton tours gr. Aufpassen, Aufpassen, Aufpassen Leute. D	D V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei uns lief alles absolut reibungslos. Anna V. ist ein netter lebensfroher Mensch und die beste Reiseleitung, die wir jemals hatten. Sie nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit für jeden Gast. Tolle Unterstützung beim Zimmerwechsel im Hotel, sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Unsere Wanderung durch die Samaria-Schlucht und die Vermittlung eines Mietwagens wurden bestens organisiert. Es gab auch sehr viele Insidertipps für die Ausflugsziele mit dem Mietwagen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können Anna und Meeting Point nur weiterempfehlen. Everything went absolutely smoothly for us. Anna V. is a nice, cheerful person and the best tour guide we have ever had. She takes a lot of time for each guest. Great support when changing rooms in the hotel, very fast and uncomplicated. Our hike through the Samaria Gorge and the provision of a rental car were well organized. There were also a lot of insider tips for the excursion destinations with the rental car. We were very satisfied and can only recommend Anna and Meeting Point.

Sie hat uns ein Angebot gemacht das an dem Reisetag nur zum Teil erfüllt wurde, als wie es in der Ausschreibung geschrieben ist. Und wir haben bis heute noch keinen Ersatz erhalten. Und auch nach Anfragen im Büro haben wir noch keine Antwort bekommen. Hello, one of the travel advisors gave us the wrong advice. She made us an offer that was only partially fulfilled on the day of travel, as it is written in the advertisement. And we haven't received a replacement to date. And we haven't received an answer to inquiries in the office either.
