Η αντιμετώπιση τελείως προσβλητική και αντιεπαγγελματική. Μεγάλο λάθος. Hypothetically unacceptable in both sales and service. Του δώσαμε προκαταβολή για ένα μηχανάκι που είχε πρόβλημα με τα χαρτιά του και δεν το πήραμε ποτέ και επέμενε να μας δανείσει προσωρινά ένα άλλο "για να κάνουμε τη δουλειά μας" όπως είπε, μέχρι να ξεμπλέξει με τις διαδικασίες της μεταβίβασης. Το αποτέλεσμα; Το μηχανάκι που μας έδωσε είχε πολλά προβλήματα, μέχρι και τρύπιο ρεζερβουάρ, ο μηχανικός που το πήγαμε μας είπε ότι από τύχη είμαστε ζωντανοί... Μετά από 2 μήνες ταλαιπωρία και δικαιολογίες (μια ότι είναι στο νοσοκομείο, μία ότι είναι στο γιατρό και δε μπορει να μιλήσει) θέλει να μας φορτώσει τη ζημιά για τη μηχανή που δεν κάναμε ούτε 30χλμ και δε μας δίνει τα χρήματά μας πίσω για τη μηχανή που δεν πήραμε ποτέ και την έχει ακόμα στην αγγελία μήπως "τσιμπήσει" ο επόμενος. Δυστυχώς εμπιστευτήκαμε αυτόν τον άνθρωπο που είναι ανάξιος εμπιστοσύνης και εισπράξαμε ειρωνία και προσβολές. Μακριά από αυτό το "μαγαζί" για να μην την πατήσει άλλος όπως εμείς. B	Bill Billas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προβληματική επικοινωνία και κακή εξυπηρέτηση. Ο λόγος για ένα ανταλλακτικό αξίας 100 ευρώ που, παρόλο που προερχόταν από μηχανάκι με λίγα χλμ, είχε πρόβλημα. Στην αρχή κάλεσα στο τηλέφωνο του μαγαζιού και βγήκε ένας αλλοδαπός ο οποίος μιλούσε τόσο κακά ελληνικά που δεν μπορούσα να τον καταλάβω καλά καλά. Μάλιστα από τα λίγα που κατάλαβα μου είπε να πάμε μαζί στις 3 γέφυρες να βγάλουμε μαζί το ανταλλακτικό από ένα τρακαρισμένο μηχανάκι! Τελικά αποφάσισα να στείλω mail μπας και βρω άκρη. Η επικοινωνία μέσω mail ΠΡΙΝ την αγορά του ανταλλακτικού μια χαρά. ΑΦΟΥ αγόρασα το ανταλλατικό και τους εξηγούσα μέσω mail ότι έχει πρόβλημα δεν έπαιρνα καμία απάντηση. Αφού μετά από πολλά τηλεφωνήματα κατάφερα να βρω την υπεύθυνη, μου ζήτησε το τηλέφωνο του μηχανικού μου για να διαπιστώσει ότι το ανταλλακτικό πράγματι είχε πρόβλημα. Τελικά ποτέ δεν κάλεσε τον μηχανικό μου και τώρα με δικά μου επιπλέον έξοδα θα επισκευάσω το πρόβλημα του ανταλλακτικού. ΔΕΝ προτείνω το συγκερκιμένο μαγαζί. Problem communication and poor service. n	nicholas mead on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a buggy here to be fixed. They fitted a new carborator. After I got it home I realised that they hadn't even tightened the pipes bringing fuel to the carb. Fuel was leaking into the hot engine!!!! Air filter not fitted correctly and was falling off. All in all I wouldn't even let them fix my push bike. Called them about these problems but the owner told me to fix it by myself since I know what's wrong and right and put the phone down on me. Never again. He has to close down his shop. Its not a correct job for him
