★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderfull place to sleep in Kalamitsi. Studios are clean, little kitchen with basic materiel for cooking, really nice balcony. I love the garden to chill, it keep you on natural place isolated from noice. Building are short, so not too much people. Lovely decoration on white and blue. Really close to the beach by waking (5min), it allow you to come back home often on the day. There are 2 little markets on Kalamitsi. Such a peacefull place !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalamitsi Studios is cozy, clean, and near the Kalamitsi beach. The owner is friendly and responsive. The rooms are nice, with minor things making good impressions, but do not expect modern or high-end.
Finding it may be an issue if you're using a GPS to get there as you need to make a turn from the main road - make sure to stay on the main road and look for their sign.
The cats and rooster can be charming but also irritating at times, if you're in a room on the ground floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice people, helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean, towels and sheets were very often renewed. The rooms were comfortable and decorated with details. The garden was wonderful. I totally recommend this place as the most charismatic studios in Kalamitsi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place to stay minute walk to beach, beautiful garden where we can relax after day of hiking or just on beach, have area to barbecue, and owners are fantastic. We love them & miss them. Thank you to both of you. I miss you it has been a few years now. And yes I recommend to everyone you will all enjoy your vacations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stylish, blue-white studios. Nice, shady, closed parking, Silent and clean. Our host was a little bit nervous because we arrived later then he expected, but he cooled down quickly. The beach is one block away, also the supermarket. The garden is very beautiful, maintained. Every room has a small cofee-kitchen. Pet friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean rooms, close to the sea, 2 minutes walking, with a balcony. Plenty of parking space, aircondition, TV ,but with only 3-4 greek channels. The bed is comfortable and big,and they replace the sheets and the towels every 3 days. In general everything was good.
By the way, the beach of Kalamitsi is one of the best in Chalkidiki, with crystal clear waters and sandy small bay..
