★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth a visit with may highlights to visit like the Museum of the locals air by the Nazis, monasteries, a wonderful case with small lakes inside and green, green, green wonderful hills and valleys like in Switzerland. Go is you have the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there by train Diakofto to Kalavryta and the experience is perfect,Beautiful mountain side throughout and very nice people.And there are lot of history information.For the winter they have an Ski Resort, also don't forget to go to the Cave of the Lakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty nice railway station, located at one of the many beautiful mountain villages of Peloponnisos region. It is a connection with the Diakofto seaside village, a beautiful route with the traditional old train. Many good accomodation, food and drink options at the area, beautiful destination for outdoor activities as well (also there is a ski centre).
