★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takes forever to get results. Had to call multiple times to get a simple email and then they managed to spell my wife’s name and my name incorrectly for the test results. Wish I read the reviews before going here! I don’t recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware, that all tests for traveling have to be from an accredited laboratory, and not a local pharmacy. Airlines do not accept pharmacy issued antigen tests, so call these people to be able to return home.

Do not book them if you need results in time.
For a rapid test they require at least 3 hours to send the results for no reason. While in any pharmacy is just 15 minutes.
We got only one result (we took two test) for our papers after 14 hours!!!
Thank god we did not trust them and took a second test in a pharmacy, after no results came in after 4 hours. Else one of us would have miss the flight back home.
Terrible experience, ruined my day and almost my vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was flying to the us and needed a last minute Antigen test for my flight. Got there, told them that I needed it as soon as possible and the staff was so quick. Had a great experience, got results extremely fast and I was able to fly. Thanks a lot and I totally recommend visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t use this business if you want to get the results on time. After promising me that my rapid test would be ready in 2 hours, I didn’t get the results until the following morning, almost 24 hours after I had taken the test and about a half hour after my flight left. And this was a rapid test, which should have taken no more than a few minutes for results and a few more to upload the paperwork. The day that I had taken the test, I had called twice, and each time a representative promised that they would provide me with results “in a few minutes.” Which didn’t happen. What is worse, no one answered the phone after 5 pm even though the website says that they are open until 11 pm. Go somewhere else for timely results.
