★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You really get a 5 stars service if you book here. We are in our honeymoon and we stayed for two nights in the hotel, it was the most comfortable hotel among Santorini’s hotels. Everything from the reception to the room service was excellent ;especially Anna she was so nice and helpful and the other staff too everyone were so nice. The rooms are clean and nice.
Also, the breakfast was really good. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have the best experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just amazing. From the moment we entered to the moment we left. The staff were the most welcoming and friendly people I have ever come across. From the lovely receptionists, the bar staff, the cleaners, maintenance and restaurant. Breakfast was great, pool area is amazing. We got a room upgrade and the suite was beautiful. They even managed to upgrade us to a jacuzzi room for one night. They made our trip amazing especially when they found out about proposing to my future wife. Thanks so much. I will definitely be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is wonderful. It is right in the outskirts of town so the walk in is quick. You are also near a market, laundry and lots of coffee. The staff here is very exceptional and really takes care of you. The breakfast is also amazing, there are so many options and everything is good! The only issue I have is that if you travel with someone, the rooms are very, very small. Plan your luggage around that because we are talking tight quarters. Otherwise, this place is fantastic!

I had a couple of niggles. We downgraded our room to be away from the road, the room we moved to was much better situated and barely any smaller. The bathroom is small and when you carefully shower everything gets wet. There's nowhere to dry towels so they replace them every day which isn't great for the environmentally conscious. There isn't enough storage, the rooms need shelves or a chest of drawers. For a newly renovated hotel they had hairdryers from 1986, please upgrade these! The breakfast is not great, lots of cheap produce and not much is fresh, we ate out quite a few mornings and the breakfast room is in a dark corner, then could have made so much more of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved the hotel. When we arrived we got upgraded to a suite with a private jacuzzi, which was so nice. The interior was stunning and the staff could not be more friendly. I definitely will be back when in Santorini ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for 5 nights. We really enjoyed our upgraded poolside room. Very spacious and newly well appointed room. All the staff were very caring and gave excellent service. All of them including reception area, Anna and Sabastian, pool side restaurant, Mike and Georgina gave wonderful service, the breakfast area staff, all were super helpful and wanted to please their guests. The hotel was kept very clean too. We really enjoyed our stay there. Very conveniently located too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a major highlight for us. Very good food and the staff was so accommodating. The location was good but not on the 'view side' of the ridge. 3 minute walk to get to the amazing views though so it wasn't a big deal.
