Kamares Apartments - ΦΗΡΑ ΣΑΝΤΟΡΙΝΗ

This place was amazing beginning to end. The people hosting us were so kind and thoughtful. It was our honeymoon so they left us a bottle of wine and a treat. The location is PERFECT. There is parking on site if you are renting an ATV or car. It is a 2 min walk to the town Fira. 5 mins to the bus station if you want to head out to Oia or anywhere else on the island. The room was VERY quiet and private (we had apartment 6 which I highly suggest). There were no crowds for the sunset at all as you have a very private balcony without crowds of people standing in front of you. We highly recommend this place. Thank you so much to the hosts for being so kind throughout our entire stay. Our hot tub was cleaned twice a day and when we asked to heat it up a bit it was done right away. The room was IMPECCABLE— very clean and was also cleaned everyday and made to look perfect. We cannot thank you enough for our stay!!!

It's located just a few minutes walk away from the busy Fira town centre, so enjoys relatively quietness & exclusivity. Most suites have its own outdoor jacuzzi, but the outdoor patio are not entirely private, so you cannot sun bath privately. Rooms are quite spacious.

First of all they upgraded our standard room to a suite with no extra charge since there was availability. This means we had a bigger space and more relaxed holidays. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. They were making sure that we were getting the most from our stay at the hotel. The communication prior and during our stay was easy and clear. The view was amazing, the location was very convinient and there was parking available at the hotel. There are numerous restaurants cafes and a supermarket at a walking distance (2-3mins away) but the hotel is actually at the end of the main town thus you are avoiding the buzz. The breakfast of our choice was served every morning at the balcony and everything was extremely clean. The hot tub was cleaned twice a day and all covid regulations were followed.

The staff were absolutely superb and extremely helpful. The view was amazing and the rooms are clean and very homey. I was here on my honeymoon and the location was excellent for us. We very much preferred Fira over Oia.

Amazing view, and good bang for buck. They can be a bit understaffed, but hope to get more help with luggage. I recommend a day here to get the quintessence caldera view.

Dépiste the nice welcome we had, I can't give more than 3 stars (and it is just for the view). Nice view on the caldeira, parking for cars, and appartment nicely decorated.... But The services et rooms are not worth the price paid. At this price every thing should be nearly perfect and it was far from that: - toilets not clean when we entered the appartment (they cleaned it when we asked for it). - bathroom smelling sewers all the time (probably due to a problem with the evacuations). - the jacuzzi was only at 30 degrees, you have to ask 2 times, to have it at 34 degrees (in April that make a lot of difference) , and no possibility for more. It is also not usable after 21h, when windy, raining, etc all this supposely for safety reasons.... Well that is a lot of restrictions. - Breakfast to command by mail , but the form was unusable. The breakfast was made essentially of industrial products (box juices, supermarket cake and... it seem croissants). Only boiled eggs (forget english breakfast with scrumble eggs and bacon). We had to ask to for fresh juice the second day. Well, if you ask they can sometimes help but this shouldn't be necessary to ask for everything. Additionally, the reception was difficulte join by phone. We tried 3 different hotels during the week, this one was part of the second more expensive and was the worsth for services. Even, in the cheapest one, everything was perfect since the beginning, and breakfast was made only from fresh products. Clearly there are better options around for this price. I can't recommand it, and I am really surprised of all the other good commentaries.... Are they real?

The view is amazing!!! María, Eduart and the rest of the staff were super helpful and kind. The room was beautiful and very clean. Close to the city center and far from the noise. We love everything about this hotel!
