Οι υπάλληλοι είναι αρκετά εξυπηρετικοί, τα δρομολόγια προς όλες τις κατευθύνσεις είναι αρκετά και η κατάσταση των λεωφορείων αρκετά καλή. Ωστόσο, στην τήρηση των ωραρίων έχουν θέμα, μπορεί να χρειαστεί να περιμένετε αρκετή ώρα μετά την "επίσημη" του δρομολογίου... Επίσης, κάποιοι από τους οδηγούς χρειάζονται μαθήματα οδηγικής (και γενικότερης) συμπεριφοράς (ΔΕΝ μιλάμε στο κινητό και μάλιστα χωρίς bluetooth όταν οδηγούμε, ΔΕΝ καπνίζουμε)! The Halkidiki KTEL agency in Kallithea is essentially a kiosk on the sidewalk, so don't look for offices in an apartment building. The employees are quite helpful, the routes in all directions are quite good and the condition of the buses is quite good. However, in keeping with the schedules, they may need to wait a long time after the "official" time of the route ... Also, some of the drivers need driving lessons (and general) behavior (we are NOT talking on a mobile phone and even without bluetooth when we drive, we do NOT smoke)!

The staff is not the most friendly, the opening hours are odd and the busses always come late and barely have seats to sit, sometimes you don't even get on board and have to wait 2 hours for the next bus. Also the busses don't write the bus stops so tourists are unsure about where to stop or if they have already passed their stop.
