N	NADIA KALIDI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το καλοκαίρι που μας πέρασε, αγόρασα ένα ζευγάρι πέδιλα αξίας 240 ευρω απο το καταστημα της Καλογηρου στο Attica. Την πρώτη κιολας φορά που τα φόρεσα καθότι έβρεξε, η σόλα τους έλιωσε σαν να ήταν από χαρτόνι. Φυσικά τα πήγα στο καταστημα αγορας και μου είπαν πως η σόλα τους είναι από δέρμα και πως δεν έπρεπε να τα φορέσω στην βροχή. Κοινώς αν πάρετε πέδιλα από το καταστημα Καλογήρου και σας πιάσει βροχη, τρεξτε να κρυφτείτε. Τους τα άφησα να τα στείλουν στην αντιπροσωπεία, ζητώντας είτε επιδιορθωση είτε αντικατασταση. Μετα από λίγες μέρες με πήραν από την αντιπροσωπεία και με θράσος και ειρωνικό τρόπο μου είπαν πως δεν είναι δικη τους ευθυνη η φθορα της σόλας και τα πέδιλα δεν είναι γαλότσα για να τα φοράμε στην βροχή. Μου ζήτησαν επιπλέον 30 ευρω για επιδιόρθωση. Όχι μόνο δηλαδή δεν δέχτηκαν να επιδιορθώσουν την κάκιστη ποιότητα του παπουτσιού, αλλά προσπαθήσαν να επωφεληθούν της κατάστασης και να βγάλουν αλλα 30 ευρω. Φυσικά αρνήθηκα να δώσω επιπλέον λεφτά και απευθύνθηκα στην υπευθυνη του πολυκαταστήματος του Attica, οπου βρισκόταν το περιπτερο της Καλογηρου από όπου τα ειχα αγοράσει. Εκει με εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα και επιβαρύνθηκε το Attica τα εξοδα επιδιόρθωσης του παπουτσιου. Εν κατακλείδι τοσο η ποιότητα του παπουτσιού όσο και η συμπεριφορά τους είναι απαράδεκτη και δεν υπάρχει περιπτωση να ξαναψωνισω κατι από τα καταστηματα Καλογηρου. Last summer, I bought a pair of sandals worth 240 euros from the Kalogiros store in Attica. The very first time I wore them because it was raining, their sole melted like cardboard. Of course I took them to the grocery store and they told me that their sole is made of leather and that I should not wear them in the rain. Commonly if you take sandals from the Kalogirou store and it rains, run to hide. I let them send them to the dealership, asking for either repair or replacement. After a few days they took me from the delegation and boldly and ironically told me that it is not their responsibility to wear the sole and the sandals are not wellies to wear in the rain. They asked me for an extra 30 euros for repair. Not only did they not agree to repair the poor quality of the shoe, but they tried to take advantage of the situation and make another 30 euros. Of course I refused to give extra money and turned to the manager of the Attica department store, where the Kalogiros kiosk was located, from where I had bought them. There I was immediately served and Attica was charged the cost of repairing the shoe. In conclusion, both the quality of the shoe and their behavior are unacceptable and there is no case for me to buy something again from the Kalogiros stores.
C	Chrisa Diamantaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν μου αρεσει η αγενεια και η δηθενια και αυτό ηταν αυτο που εκλαβαμε κατ ευθειαν απο τον υπαλληλο. Απλό παπούτσι γαμπριατικο ζητησαμε και δν ειχε!!!! I do not like rudeness and dexterity and that was what we received directly from the employee. We asked for a simple bridal shoe and it did not have it !!!!
