★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης δεν επιστρέφονται ούτε τα χρήματα .. όπως κάνουν αλλα ξενοδοχεία ούτε γίνεται κράτηση για τον επόμενο χρόνο. Κρίμα τις κριτικές κ την εντύπωση που είχαμε για τη φιλοξενία της Κρήτης . Μακριά δε το συνιστούμε διόλου . Αν κ η ενημέρωση για την ακύρωση έγινε εγκαίρως κ λόγω θέματος υγείας δεν σεβάστηκαν τίποτα
 In case of cancellation, the money is not refunded either ... as other hotels do, nor is it booked for next year. Too bad the reviews and the impression we had on the hospitality of Crete. We do not recommend it at all. If the cancellation was notified in time and due to a health issue, nothing was respected
