★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάκιστη εξυπηρέτηση,άγνωστος ο τεχνίτης που μετά από 5 φορές δεν τον συνάντησα. Για απλή επισκευή μιας "βίδας" σε μιξερ,πήγα 5 φορές σε ένα μήνα. Μια κοπέλα που παρίσταται, όχι μόνο δεν έχει ιδέα,αλλά είναι περιορισμένης αντιλήψεως για να κατανοήσει απλά προβλήματα (ΜΗ τεχνικής φυσεως), και υποτιμά συνεχώς την νοημοσύνη και την αντίληψη του συνομιλητη- πελατη, με αποτέλεσμα η επικοινωνία να γίνεται δύσκολη και αναποτελεσματική. Μετάνιωσα για τα 250 χιλιόμετρα που αναγκάστηκα να κάνω συνολικά,λόγω αδυναμίας τεχνικής υποστηριξεως,αλλά και δύσκολης επικοινωνίας με το προσωπικό. Έχω την χειρότερη εμπειρία και άποψη για το κατάστημα,το οποίο δεν ανταποκρίθηκε στο πρόβλημά μου.
Poor service, unknown the craftsman that after 5 times I did not meet him. For simple repair of a "screw" in a mixer, I went 5 times in a month. A girl who is present, not only has no idea, but is of limited perception to understand simple problems (NOT of a technical nature), and constantly underestimates the intelligence and perception of the interlocutor-client, making communication difficult and ineffective. I regretted the 250 kilometers I had to do in total, due to lack of technical support, but also difficult communication with staff. I have the worst experience and opinion about the store, which did not respond to my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το σέρβις ήταν εξαιρετικό κ η τιμή σε λογικά πλαίσια. Καθυστέρησε λίγο η επισκευή αλλά υποθέτω ότι είναι λόγο φόρτου εργασίας. Έγκαιρη ενημέρωση κ για το κόστος. Στα συν οι άνθρωποι παραγγείλαμε αντλία νερού για να δουν αν είναι αυτό που μου προκαλούσε το πρόβλημα κ μου είπαν ότι αν τελικά δεν ήθελα να προχωρήσω σε επισκευή δεν θα μου την χρεώνανε, το θεώρησα πολύ επαγγελματική κίνηση κ έπρεπε να το αναφέρω.
The service was excellent and the price reasonable. The repair was delayed a bit but I guess it is due to workload. Timely information about the cost. Plus people ordered a water pump to see if it was what was causing me the problem and they told me that if I did not want to proceed with the repair they would not charge me, I considered it a very professional move and I had to mention it.
