★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a dinner in the restaurant where I appreciate the Sunset, the view and especially the food that was very excellent and tasty! It was gastronomic. The staff are very friendly but also very professional. Always smiling.
Unfortunately, we didn’t stay at the hotel but for sure next time when I will come back to Santorin it will be there.
Don’t hesitate to have a dinner there if your are not staying at the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really beautiful hotel with five star staff. The rooms cave style is unique and the view from our room was out of this world. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was spacious. Right in the heart of relaxation and honestly the sunset views are hard to beat.
If you need anything the staff is the first to help meet your needs. Breakfast was great and even with an early check out they wanted to make sure you were taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magnificent location with superior service. I stayed 2 days and enjoyed all facilities of the hotel and the incredible tranquillity. A MUST it is the dinner by the sunset with superb view and food paired to a Micheline star restaurant.
The best thing I enjoyed out of the food are the Duxiana materass and pilo. You will sleep and wake up like never before!! Higly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose this hotel to have our elopement ceremony and it was the absolute perfect spot to exchange our vows overlooking the caldera and Skaros Rock. The views, the SERVICE, the food were all incredible. Walking distance to many restaurants. We stayed in the premium room 208 and it was a beautiful cave style room with a view/balcony with amazing views. The pool was chilly in October but felt like we had the place to ourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At most this is a 4 star hotel, the breakfast is just ok which is surprising because this place apparently serves fine dining in the evening and with only a handful of rooms and a few guests to cater to the breakfast could have been exceptional. We stayed 1 week and avoided having dinner here because the breakfast was just ok. Our room was nice but our en-suite with jacuzzi, only half the jets worked, smelled so bad the entire stay we had to leave our window open 24hours. Either this was stagnant jacuzzi water or a plumbing issue. The shower head and towels are very tired. Our room was never vacuumed throughout the stay. I would expect luxury Sun Beds at the pool for the price of this 5 star hotel, other small, less expensive 5 star boutique neighbouring hotels had better with the same space. Most of the staff are lovely here however the manager who checked us out and who we gave our honest feedback to needs to work on his hospitality, any gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated. Views from this hotel are great. Unfortunately it’s grossly overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only redeeming quality of this hotel is the views and the courteous staff. Other than that, this hotel is incredibly overpriced. The accommodations are solidly mediocre. Room was uncomfortable and dimly lit.
The icing on the cake at this place was when we were told we couldn't eat chips in the lunch area at a time when it was empty (we were the only ones there) because we didn't purchase them at the hotel. What kind of outrageous policy is that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb hotel with cave rooms. Staff always happy to help you and breakfasts are a mix of buffet and freshly prepared dishes. Be mindful that being on the side of the caldera there are a lot of steps up and down. The hotel is split across a few buildings but they are painted the same colour that makes it easier than all the white surrounding buildings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say in Ancient times the Greeks lived in caves. This resort is built all along the highest cliffs overlooking the caldera with Spectacular views. Our room is a beautiful luxurious cave with unique nooks and all the amenities and creature comforts you would want. ❤️ Life is grand!
