β β β β β This is our second time staying here and it only gets better. We stayed in the cave this time and enjoyed it. The jacuzzi was warm and confirmed on a cool night.

like 15 to 20 Min from Santorini airport by Taxi
and 30 Min walking distance from center of Fira
the Hostess Katarina is very helpful and friendly ask for her when you visit the place.
The room service breakfast is marvelous,
and if you need anything, there is a Mini market across the street from the Hotel
with a many Resturants around the Hotel
however you might notice a smell in the room with Jacuzzi inside but its normal.

β β β β β This hotel has great views. Other than that the bathroom water smelled like sewage, the outdoor hot tub was warm, the breakfast was the same every day. It was high in quantity but low in quality. Some of the food were reused for the next day if we didn't eat it.

β β β β β Unique Suites definitely exceeded our expectations. The caldera view is absolutely stunning. From the balcony you can see the entire island as you are the highest point in Imerovigli. The jacuzzi in our room was outside, but others have the jacuzzi inside the room. Be sure to verify if you have a preference. The sunset view from the balcony is truly unbelievable. It is a perfect shot through the opening in the caldera to where the sun sets and meets the Aegean sea. It's breathtaking. The room was spotless everyday and the breakfast was delicious. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Unique Suites is a perfect homebase for taking in all of the beauty of Santorini.

β β β β β The main attraction to this part of the island is the view of the sunset. The room we stayed in was with the jacuzzi on the balcony.
The wifi extender which covered our room was broken so had to stand by the entrance to do our research but the owner did replace it the next day. The hot tub heating had tripped, the owner came and reset it afyer a few hours but takes hours to reheat too. The bathroom had a horrible sewage smell which when we complained we were told its like that everywhere on this part of the island and nothing they could do.
BUT, we did enjoy our stay here, there are some nice restaurants on the doorstep, the views are amazing, you get a basic but nice fresh continental breakfast brought to you each morning and the rooms are clean. Personally it's a place you would treat yourself with once as it is very expensive.
