G	Guyver II on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped in for meze early today. Cristos was friendly with a very high level of English. We had the traditional Dakos and chicken pies. That and our drinks were 30€, a bit surprising that far away from the center. The big Alfa was a whopping €5, but 2.50 next door. So four stars out of five, you win some you lose some.

It's set back from the tourist traps of the harbour and worth the short walk. Wine (we had the house white) and food was all fantastic.

The menu is a revelation: an excellent choice of dishes, chosen with love and served with flair. The service was attentive and effective; we were made very welcome. The food is delicious. There are not many good restaurants in the centre of Chania, so this stands out as an excellent spot to eat, a short stroll from the main 1866 Square (plateia), along from the Samaria hotel and bus station. We will definitely visit again for amazing salads, cod and chips and more!
A	Akis Kioupakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern, friendly and clean, this restaurant is off the beaten track of Chania and is well worth visiting. The menu is small but all the dishes are well taken care of regarding portions, cooking times and ingredients. We really enjoyed all dishes we ordered, unfortunately the had run out of stuffed wine leaves that have a twist from the traditional recipe and we really wanted to try them. We ordered the grilled calamary and lamb chops, fried feta cheese and grilled liver which were all very tasty. We would visit again!
M	Mais Oui Mathe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible food! Get the salad with the caramelized pears and pomegranate seeds….so good for any palate! The lamb chops were plentiful and excellent. Dessert and Raikki are complimentary. Fantastic place! Great for family!
