★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κοπέλα που με εξυπηρέτησε ήταν σκυθρωπή και χωρίς διάθεση. Δεν χαμογέλασε ούτε μια φορά και έδειχνε ενοχλημένη που είχε πελάτη που ζητούσε διευκρινίσεις για τα προϊόντα. Ευτυχώς ήμουν περαστική από εκεί στη διάρκεια των διακοπών μου, αλλιώς σίγουρα δεν θα ξαναπήγαινα, με αυτό το σερβις.
 The girl who served me was sullen and in a bad mood. She did not smile even once and seemed annoyed that she had a customer who asked for clarifications about the products. Luckily I was passing by during my vacation, otherwise I would definitely not go again, with this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωραία προϊόντα. Το έχω επισκεφθεί πολλές φορές,κάποιες έχω παράπονα, αλλά σε γενικά πλαίσια αξίζει τέσσερα αστέρια για προϊόντα, υπηρεσίες, ευγένεια, καθαριότητα κλπ. Θα συνεχίσω να ψωνίζω και μπορείτε να το εμπιστευτείτε.
Nice products. I have visited it many times, some I have complaints, but in general it is worth four stars for products, services, courtesy, cleanliness etc. I will continue shopping and you can trust it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γευστικό και φρέσκο παγωτό με μεγάλη ποικιλία γεύσεων. Θα μπορούσε να έχει ταμπελακια στις γεύσεις παγωτου στη βιτρίνα. Παρολα αυτα μια συμπαθητικη και εξυπηρετική κοπελα μας απαρίθμησε ολες τις γεύσεις οταν ρωτησαμε.
Delicious and fresh ice cream with a wide variety of flavors. It could have ice cream flavor labels on display. Nevertheless, a nice and helpful girl listed all the flavors when we asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 αστέρια μόνο και μόνο για ένα καταπληκτικό γλυκό (βυζαντινό).... Δεν δοκίμασα κάτι άλλο από το μαγαζί. Έχει πολλά ακόμα αλλά εγώ πήρα μόνο αυτό και ήταν το κάτι άλλο. Επίσης πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση
4 stars just for an amazing dessert (Byzantine) .... I did not try anything other than the store. It's still a lot but I just got this and it was something else. Also very good service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute bakery and ice cream shop we stopped at on the way to Kalambaka. The staff was definitely overwhelmed at first bc we showed up in a tour bus with around 30 people. The mini ice cream were amazing!
