e	efi zygogiani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αναξιόπιστο κτελ , δεν σου κλείνει θέση αν πρόκειται να το πάρεις απ τον δρόμο μ αποτέλεσμα να χάσεις κ την δουλειά σου , γιατί αν το λεωφορείο είναι γεμάτο δεν θα σταματήσει πότε , απαράδεκτη τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση , αγενεστατες τηλεφωνήτριες που σου μιλάνε λες κ σου κάνουν την χάρη που τους δίνεις τα χρήματα σου . G	Georgios Giannakakos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν μπορείς να καταλάβεις εάν πρόκειται για ανίκανους ή άξεστους αγενείς κερδοσκόπους που δεν σε κοιτάζουν καν όταν τους κάνεις ερωτήσεις και προσπαθείς να συνεννοηθείς.Αγανάκτησαμε Σάββατο για να εκδώσουμε εισιτήρια και την Κυριακή ζήσαμε την απόλυτη ταλαιπωρία!!Στο δρομολόγιο για το οποίο είχαμε θέσεις, οι θέσειςμας .....δεν υπήρχαν αλλά μας πήγε όρθιους στην Αρκίτσα όπου μας παρέλαβε ένα παλιό πούλμαν χωρίς κλιματισμό και μας έφερε κακήν κακώς στην Αθήνα.Πριν μας στοίβαξαν σε ένα έκτακτο δρομολόγιο που ήρθε από την Αταλάντη μαζί με τους τουρίστες από τις Σποράδες και μας είπαν να καθήσουμε όπου βρούμε κι όταν αρνηθήκαμε καταλάβαμε πως το δικό μας δρομολόγιο ερχόταν σε λίγο από Λαμία.Τι κατάντια είναι αυτή!!Ποιοι είναι αυτοί που κοροϊδεύουν τους τουρίστες και τους φέρονται σαν να είναι ζώα προς σφαγή; Κάτι βρώμικο υπάρχει σ' αυτή τη συμμορία με το όνομα ΚΤΕΛ.Θα προσπαθήσω να βρω αρμόδια υπηρεσία του υπουργείου για καταγγελία παραπονα και ότι χρειαστεί.Με κόπο συντηρώ μια μικρή περιουσία εκεί και δε θέλω κανείς απατεώνας ή άχρηστος να μετατρέπει τον τόπο σετ τριτοκοσμική επαρχία γελωντας και θησαυρίζοντας . C	Crypto noob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα ποτέ με ΚΤΕΛ. Ο ιδιοκτητης που έχει το πρακτορείο στον Άγιο Κωνσταντίνο μας έκλεισε εισιτήρια για 11 το βράδι ενώ το τελευταίο δρομολόγιο όταν πήραμε τηλέφωνο στα κεντρικά μας είπαν ότι φεύγει 10:30. Χάσαμε το ΚΤΕΛ και αναγκαστήκαμε να μείνουμε σε ξενοδοχείο και να πάρουμε την άλλη μέρα το πρωί. The worst experience I have ever had with KTEL. The owner of the agency in Agios Konstantinos closed our tickets for 11 in the evening and the last itinerary when we got a call at the headquarters told us that it was 10:30 am. We missed the bus and had to stay at the hotel and get up the next morning.

m	mary tsachtsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσπαθείς να συνεννοηθείς για απλά πράγματα κι αντιμετωπίζεσαι με αγένεια και δυσφορία.Το χειρότερο απ' όλα είναι ότι δεν σηκώνουν το τηλέφωνο.Αν βαριέται κάποιος ας αλλάξει επάγγελμα. Μετά παραπονιούνται γιατί βγάζουμε εισιτήριο με επιστροφή από την Αθήνα και δεν κερδίζουν αυτοί κάτι από την έκδοση του εισιτηρίου. Το σταθμαρχείο έχει σκοπό να εξυπηρετεί το επιβατικό κοινό κι όχι να το δυσκολεύει. You try to come to terms with simple things and you are treated with rudeness and discomfort.
