m	manomen manomen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γενικά έχει όλα όσα χρειάστηκα γύρω από έπιπλα, ντουλάπες, τις βίδες τους, τους μεντεσέδες, χερούλια, ράφια κλπ και είναι πρόθυμοι να τα βρουν. Έχουν μια παλιομοδίτικη αντίληψη της εξυπηρέτησης του πελάτη όμως που απαιτεί να μην κάνεις λάθος αγορές, γιατί παρά την υφιστάμενη νομοθεσία προστασίας του καταναλωτή, έχουν μια ταμπέλα ότι "δεν γίνονται επιστροφές μηχανισμών" που το μεταφράζουν και σε ότι άλλο. Μια σημερινή περίπτωση, τρεις βίδες που αγόρασα, με τις φωλιές τους για βάση, μισό ευρώ η μία, δηλαδή ένα σύνολο 1,50€ που της τα επέστρεψα (μια κυρία διαχειρίζεται το ταμείο) κι ενώ δεν το είχα βγάλει ούτε από τη συσκευασία τους, αρχικά δεν δεχόταν την επιστροφή δείχνοντας μου την προαναφερθείσα ταμπέλα. Λέγοντας της ότι δεν είναι μηχανισμό οι βίδες δεν το δέχθηκε, αντιπροτείνουν ας μου να μου δώσει 3 κρεμασταρακια αντί των χρημάτων. Λέγοντας της για τη νομοθεσία των καταναλωτών κι ότι δεν θέλω να αγοράσω κρεμασταρια, με πολύ βαριά καρδιά αποφάσισε να μου υπογραψει επί της απόδειξης ότι μπορώ να αγοράσω κάτι άλλο ως τις 28-2-2022! Δηλαδή εντός εβδομάδας. Μετά τι; Διαγράφεται η οφειλή; Της είπα ότι έχοντας αγοράσει στις 12-2-2022, μέχρι τις 26-2-2022 δικαιούμαι να το επιστρέψω και να πάρω τα χρήματα κι ότι θα αναφερθώ στο Υπουργείο Εμπορίου κι έτσι δέχθηκε να μου επιστρέψει τα χρήματα λέγοντας ότι θα τα βάλει από την τσέπη της γιατί δεν υπάρχει διαδικασία επιστροφής και μου επέστρεψε τα 1,50€ κι έσχισε την απόδειξη, λέγοντας με να μην ξαναψωνίσω από το κατάστημα τους. Κι όλα αυτά ενώ ειδικά πέρυσι που μετακόμισα αγόρασα αρκετές φορές από το κατάστημα τους, το έκανε θέμα για 1,50€. Συνεπώς, πολύ καλό κατάστημα με τα υλικά που έχει, μεγάλη ποικιλία, όμως αγοραστε μόνο εάν είστε βέβαιοι για το συγκεκριμένο πράγμα που αγοράζετε διότι κι εσείς θα εκνευριστειτε και την εν λόγω κυρία θα στεναχωρήσετε, που δεν φταίει και σε τίποτα εδώ που τα λέμε εάν η εταιρεία δεν έχει μια τυποποιημένη διαδικασία επιστροφής προϊόντων (παρά μόνο εάν είναι με τιμολόγιο όπως μου είπε, δηλαδή λογικά οι επαγγελματίες δεν έχετε πρόβλημα). A current case, three screws that I bought, with their nests as a base, half a euro each, that is, a total of 1.50 € that I returned to her (a lady manages the fund) and while I had not even taken it out of their packaging , initially did not accept the return showing me the aforementioned label. Telling her that it is not a mechanism the screws did not accept it, they suggest let me give me 3 hangers instead of money. Telling her about consumer law and that I do not want to buy hangers, with a very heavy heart she decided to sign me on the receipt that I can buy something else until 28-2-2022! That is, within a week. After what? Is the debt written off? I told her that having bought on 12-2-2022, until 26-2-2022 I have the right to return it and take the money and that I will refer to the Ministry of Commerce and so she agreed to return the money to me saying that she will put it from her pocket because there is no return process and she returned the € 1.50 to me and tore up the receipt, telling me not to shop again from their store. And all this while especially last year when I moved I bought several times from their store, it made it a matter for € 1.50. Therefore, a very good store with the materials it has, a great variety, but buy only if you are sure of the specific thing you are buying because you too will get upset and this lady will be upset, which is not to blame for anything here that we say if the company does not have a standard product return process (unless it is invoiced as he told me, i.e. logically professionals have no problem).
