Βέβαια στην απόδειξη γράφει "ανταλλακτικά ΔΕΝ ΕΠΙΣΤΡΕΦΟΝΤΑΙ" Αλλά δεν χρειάστηκε να τα επιστρέψω γιατί ταίριαζαν άψογα. I found spare parts for a decade old teka oven at a good price and I was served very quickly. Of course on the receipt it reads "spare parts are NOT returned" But I didn't have to return them because they were perfectly matched.

Η κυρία που μου έκλεισε το ραντεβού μου είπε οτι κοστίζει 25 ευρώ η επίσκεψη για την γνωμάτευση. Εαν όμως αποφάσιζα να γίνει απο αυτούς η επισκευή τα χρήματα αυτά θα αφαιρεθούν απο την εργασία. Έτσι λοιπόν ήρθε ο τεχνικός έκανε την γνωμάτευση της βλάβης πήρε τα 25 ευρώ και πήγε στο κατάστημα να δει ποσο βγαίνουν τα ανταλλακτικά και να μου πει συνολικά το κόστος της επισκευής. Μέχρι εδώ όλα καλά. Στην συνέχεια ομως όταν με πήρε τηλέφωνο για το συνολικό κόστος μου είπε οτι τα χρήματα που είχα δώσει δεν θα αφαιρεθούν από την εργασία και ότι η κυρία στο τηλέφωνο έκανε λάθος. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας. I made an appointment for a technician to come and see an electrical appliance I have in my house. The lady who made my appointment told me that the visit for the opinion costs 25 euros. But if I decided to do the repair by them, this money will be deducted from the work. So the technician came and made the report of the fault, took the 25 euros and went to the store to see how much the spare parts are coming out and to tell me the total cost of the repair.
