★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karajanis House je smeštena u mirnom, ravnom delu Neos Marmarasa, na oko 150 od mora.
Ima lepo dvorište sa parkingom, sa parking mestima za svih 6 apartmana.
Goste dočekuje stariji bracni par, veoma ljubazni i susretljivi, ali pričaju samo na grčkom.
Tri apartmana su u prizemlju, a tri su na spratu.
Apartmani su čisti, sa novijim nameštajem od pre nekoliko godina. Klima je nova i lepo radi. Wi-Fi veza je dobra. Kuhinja, trpezarija i sto i soba sa dva kreveta su jedna prostorija. Spavaća soba ima bračni krevet, ormare za stvari i toaletni stočić.
Obe prostorije imaju izlaze na veliku terasu, koja je natkrivena. Plasticni sto i stolice kvare opšti utisak.
Kupatilo je malo i nefunkcionalno, pa zato i dajem 4 ✨. Tuš kabina ima zavesu i veoma je tesno.
Karajanis House is located in a quiet, flat part of Neos Marmaras, about 150 from the sea.
It has a nice yard with parking, with parking spaces for all 6 apartments.
The guests are greeted by an older married couple, very kind and accommodating, but they only speak Greek.
Three apartments are on the ground floor and three are upstairs.
The apartments are clean, with newer furniture from a few years ago. The climate is new and works nicely. Wi-Fi connection is good. The kitchen, dining room and table and room with two beds are one room. The bedroom has a double bed, closets and a dressing table.
Both rooms have exits to a large terrace, which is covered. Plastic table and chairs spoil the overall impression.
The bathroom is small and non-functional, so I give 4 ✨. The shower cabin has a curtain and is very tight.
