10-15 minutes walking to the main street where all the nice beaches and bar beaches located.

β β β β β Nice place to stay, very clean and taking care of. The people were kind and helpful. Everything was in the near( shops - bakery- supermarkets) 10-15 minutes walking to the beaches.

Cozy apartment, in excellent condition, overlooking the sea and sunset in Neos Marmaras (one of the best surprises of my trip to Greece).
The owners are friendly and welcoming!
I would repeat the experience without doubting!
