Σήμα κατατεθέν η μπουγάτσα (γλυκιά/κρέμας - αλμυρή) που ακολουθεί την παλιά εξαιρετική συνταγή των παλιών ιδιοκτητών. Μπορεί η Πτολεμαίδα να μη φημίζεται για την μπουγάτσα της όπως οι Σέρρες πχ, ωστόσο επιβάλλεται να δοκιμάσετε μπουγάτσα από τον Μερακλή αν βρεθείτε στην Πτολεμαΐδα και δεν θα το μετανιώσετε. The store continues the tradition of the old excellent Meraklis that we older met in the decades 1980-1990. Trademark bougatsa (sweet / creamy - savory) that follows the old excellent recipe of the old owners. Ptolemaida may not be as famous for its bougatsa as Serres, for example, however it is necessary to try bougatsa from Meraklis if you are in Ptolemaida and you will not regret it.

Συγχαρητήρια!!!! ( και υποτίθεται ότι άλλοι έχουν την φήμη..) The best baguette we ate on our trip from all over Thessaloniki and Ptolemais. Especially Bougatsa with incredible cream !!!! And the prices are very low. Congratulations!!!! (and supposedly others have a reputation ..)

Μια υπάλληλος με ύφος που μου έβαλε λειψή μερίδα, μια μπουγάτσα βιομηχανική δίχως καθόλου γεύση προς το ξινό, με βουνό από κανέλα και άχνη μήπως φανεί νόστιμη. Η υπάλληλος δεν την ζύγισε καν και βέβαια δεν μου προσκόμισε και απόδειξη. Μια βλαχοτυροκουτοπονηριά επαρχιώτικη, που έχει πέραση μόνο σε αδαείς ομοίους της περιοχής τους. Τραγικοί και απαράδεκτοι! An employee with a style that I missed a portion, an industrial bougatsa with no taste for the sour, with a mountain of cinnamon and icing lest it look delicious. The clerk did not even weigh it and of course did not provide me with a receipt. A provincial Vlachotyrokoutoponiria, which has passed only to ignorant people like them in their area. Tragic and unacceptable!
