★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. Lot of shades and sunbeds. Lot of grass. Perfect for kids. Landlord speaks English very well, also people in the bar.
One bad thing is entry to the water. Frist couple of metres in water are hard rocks and coming in our out is very painful. There should be some bags of sand that should akt as bridge.
Also private beach is not completely private because there are lot of outsiders coming to beach and when villa is fully booked you must fight for good sunbeds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heaven on earth. Once you come here you will get back for sure, as we and a lot of other guests did. The first vacation where we, as parents, could take a rest and enjou with kids. I am in love with this place and I feel here as at home. Truly perfect vacation for families.

Amazing hosts and staff, helpfull and friendly/kind.
Been here for 4 times and we will be returning for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A private beach house property at the entry to Neos Marmaras. Lots of green areas designed for true relaxation. This is a pet friendly, cash only self service, with no food option.
The owner lives at the property and is always around, but tends to be "invisible" and not intruding. He takes care of many things and is willing to help you if needed.
All in all, I find this place to be a lovely and relaxing vacation spot with well- ballanced pros vs. cons.
We had a wonderful time here, the kids were ansolutely thrilled and we will definitely have to come back. My wife was also happy here, and you know what they say - happy wife, happy life ?.
A friendly advice to the owner would be to take care of the seabed rocks & stones and turn this place to a true vacation jewel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great apartment complex on it's own private beach. Parking in the shade, high value service and rooms. Everything is highly maintained, rooms and the beach are clean and comfortable. Beach is in the tree shade and great for family with kids. The owners are very polite, friendly and there for guests all the time. Highly recommended.

Beach is nice, pebble in the beginning and sand after. Clear and calm water.
Tips for improvement:
- option to pay by credit card
- wifi is almost not existing
