★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've spent a wonderfull week in Fantasia this year. The studios are clean, cosy and nice. The magic is even when the villa is full, you feel alone as if no other people are here. It would be good both couples and families with children. The sea is right there, Neos Marmaras is at the walk distance, but at Fantasia there is no noise. Here you are as wild as the sea) Special Thank to Ioanis and his family for hospitality and kindness and comfort! All the best for you! Wish to see you next year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful family run business. Spotless! Great location just outside of Neos Marmaras, close enough to drive to if you get the urge to grab a gyro at the spur of the moment, yet far enough so you feel like you are in a secluded resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Fantasia is located in a very quiet place with a beautifully landscaped yard, parking and a children's playground. Ioanis and his family are lovely and hospitable people. The accommodation is clean. There is a fast service-cleaning of the room on a daily basis. They provide sheets and towels at the first day of your stay, and changed
them every three-four days. The sea is 50 meters in front of the building and the
beach is another 50-60 meters on the left, in a walking distance. On the beach you will experience unforgettable sunsets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really nice stay at Fantasia Studios, we had a room with sea view, the room was clean, bed linens and towels were changed every 3 days, due to the Corona restrictions, the garbage was taken out daily. Iannis, the owner is a pleasant and really friendly guy, he helped us with informations regarding places to eat, shop etc. There is a small pebble beach around the accommodation , with calm water and a little bit of shade around a tree. The garden is really good maintained, you can also make barbecue and park the car in the yard.
