★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had bought a floor model VW T-Roc 1.5 months ago from Karenta and noticed that the top layer of the paint on the trunk door is chipped. There is no sign of a hit or scratch. No dents or any sign of a hit. Came to Karenta to show them the issue and they denied any responsibility. I have owned a Toyota for 25 years and have never had any paint issues. Is this the VW quality? Is this the VW customer support? They want me to paint a car that is brand new after a paint defect?!?! I do not recoend VW and am EXTREMELY Disappointed with the quality and service.
