★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible delays, not keeping promises for car deliveries, not answered calls from the sales persons. I am waiting more than a month and the temporary car they provided and which i am paying is just very bad and expensive for its situation. If i had not started an active contract i would just leave. Simply avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service quality to the customer is incredibly the worst. Its administration process is too slow and make the customer exausted. They need to upgrade the level of services otherwise they never can be the 1st tier in this market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very difficult to get hold of someone - when calling often left on hold, presumably hoping I would just hang up! Told a vehicle was available one day and then the next day it apparently wasn't. This happened a second time as well with another vehicle. Asked to send specific documents (which I provided), told they were approved and then the next day told they weren't sufficient. Only found any of this out through incessant calling as they never called me back when promised or replied to my emails! Terrible service! Seems I've had a lucky escape if this experience is indicative of the service they provide to their customers!
