I sent you a private message on Facebook but never answered me. I had lunch last Wednesday July 21st at your restaurant. I paid with my credit card Visa Premier. The first time you said it didn't work, there was no ticket. You made me enter my pin a second time and it worked. But it appears that it worked the first time and I have been debited twice the amount of 34,50 euros.
Could you please check, get back to me asap and give me those 34,50 euros back.
