★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Gorgeous scenery, clean, comfortable rooms and a good choice on the buffet for dinner and breakfast. The spa is very relaxing with a Turkish steam room, pools and a variety of massages and treatments with essential oils for sale. There's an outdoor pool and lots of sunbeds on the private beach near the beach bar where you can get snacks and drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a family room and they put us in a normal room with just an extra bed without even inform us. We complain and nothing changed, and the room is dirty. Of course no value for money.

Advantages:
- Umbrelas and sunbeds are free at all areas (beach and pool).
- nice beach with warm sea( 30C at the end of june)
- all rooms has a sea view
- big rooms with comfort beds
- wonderfull sunsets (also late sunset so you can enjoy sun up to late hours)
- restaurant by the sea
- Ouranopolis at walking distance (300m)
- Very tasty food
- staff is very kind and tries to make your stay better
Can be better:
- prices of drinks ( beer - 5 eur, greek coffee 4 eur). During our stay I think they sold 10 drinks at total. This is bad decision of menagment, 'couse if prices for hotel guests were lower it would be great for all( guests and hotel managment). Hotel would earn from turnover and guests can enjoy fully.
- wifi has poor quality. In year of 2021 it is unacceptable to not have a better conection. Also, you must enter username and password after every standby of phone( system log you out) which is pretty iritating.
- dinner and breakfast can be more various

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed here a couple of times and can say that the 3.9 score that the establishment has is not doing it justice. I think it is because people rely on the star rating too much. For the prices it offers it is giving much more. It should not be judged solely on stars but price as well. I think it gives its moneys worth. I can see from the pictures that rooms have been upgraded since last I visited so I would give it a 4.5 star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel. Go there. I recomande it with all my soul. The food is tasty. The rooms are clean. The staff is nice. The beach is the best. The hotel is quiet. Perfect for when you want to go to Greece. I was there twice with my family and we will definitely go there again. Thank you all who made Xenia such a great place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is very pleasantly bright and shinny in the afternoon. Room is large, furniture in best conditions, beds comfortable.
The balcony offers a great view towards the sea and the neighbour's western peninsula.
