★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 αστεράκι και πολύ είναι.... Έκαναν να μεταφέρουν ενα δεμα από την Αθήνα στην Μακεδονία 17 μέρες.... Δεν απαντούσαν καν στις κλήσεις και όταν επιτέλους παρέδωσαν το δεμα ( αφού ξεκαθαρίσαμε οτι δεν θα το δεχτούμε σε περίπτωση παραπάνω καθυστέρησης) το πέταξαν κυριολεκτικά μπροστά στην πόρτα....
1 star and it's a lot .... They made to transport a parcel from Athens to Macedonia for 17 days .... they literally flew in front of the door ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανέλαβαν να μεταφέρουν μερικά χαρτόκουτα και 2 ποδήλατα από την Κοζάνη στην Αθήνα. Περίμενα σχεδόν 1 μήνα χωρίς καμία εξήγηση για την καθυστέρηση και όσες φορές πήρα να ρωτήσω μου είπαν απλά ότι θα πάρουν αυτοί όταν έρθουν τα πράγματα. Όταν τελικά πήγα να τα παραλάβω από την αποθήκη τους, ανακάλυψα ότι είχαν κοπανήσει τα πάντα και τα είχαν παρατήσει έξω στο ψιλόβροχο. Επίσης έλειπαν οι αλουμινένιες τάπες και από τα 2 ποδήλατα και κάτι ακουστικά υπολογιστή που δεν τα βρήκα πουθενά. Πολύ ακριβά και απαίσια εξυπηρέτηση.
They undertook to transport some cardboard boxes and 2 bicycles from Kozani to Athens. I waited almost 1 month without any explanation for the delay and every time I got asked I was simply told that they would take it when things came up. When I finally went to pick them up from their warehouse, I discovered that they had beaten everything and left them outside in the drizzle. Also missing the aluminum plugs from both bikes and some computer headphones that I did not find anywhere. Very expensive and awful service.
