Η παραγγελία μου ήρθε κατεστραμένη από την μεταφορική (φαινόταν κι από την συσκευασία, την οποία είχαν διαλύσει!). Τηλεφώνησα στο κατάστημα, όπου με διαβεβαίωσαν πως η παραγγελία μου πριν την στείλουν ήταν λειτουργικότατη, καθώς δοκιμάζουν όλα τα προϊόντα πριν τα αποστείλουν. Παρότι δεν ήταν δικό τους λάθος, ο υπεύθυνος αμέσως μου πρότεινε να μου στείλει πάλι το σπασμένο κομμάτι με δικά του έξοδα, κάτι που έκανε την αμέσως επόμενη μέρα. Επίσης, ήταν πρόθυμος να μου δωσει οδηγίες και να μου λύσει αρκετές απορίες, παρόλο που κάλεσα μετά το κλείσιμο του καταστήματος. Στα υπολοιπα 130 η διαδικασια σταματαγε περιπου στη μεση.Οχι μια φορα αλλα τέσσερις. Σε επικοινωνια με τον ιδιοκτήτη προσπαθουσε να μου πουλησει δικα του γονιμα αυγα. Λες και τα δικα μου ηταν ασπορα. Με δικα μου αυγα και μηχανη αλλου καταστηματος εχω επιτυχια πλεον 85-95%. Σε απάντηση του σχολίου του ιδιοκτητη. Η μηχανη είναι η tiger των 240 αυγων. Ξερετε πολυ καλα οτι αν μπουν μεγαλα αυγα δεν χωρανε 240 αλλα λιγοτερα. Οσο για το αν πουλατε αυγα απο τα βιντεακια σας και μονο φαινεται αν πουλατε η οχι. Επιπροσθέτως εχω να πω οτι οντως η εξυπηρέτηση ηταν άψογη και με επεξηγηματικά βιντεακια και με παρα πολλά μηνύματα στο messenger... Η αποτελεσματικότητα ομως της μηχανής δεν άλλαξε και αυτο είναι γεγονός. Μπορει να επεσα στην περίπτωση. I do not have much to say ... I got a machine and I was successful in 200 eggs only 70 birds. Ξεκίνησα την κλωσσομηχανη τύπου ψυγείου πάνθηρας Φεβρουάριο και Μάρτιο με 2 απότυχημενες εκκολαψεις λόγο εποχής και όχι καλού γονιμου αυγού. Ηρθε ο Μάιος και πιάσαμε το αναμενόμενο ποσοστό επιτυχίας πάνω από 90% και συνεχίζουν βγαίνουνε και άλλα πουλάκια. Από τα πιο οργανωμένα eshop που υπάρχον στην Ελλάδα. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για όλα. Δεν έχω λόγια Είχαμε μια αρκετά παλιά μηχανή που ήθελε να ασχολείσαι συνέχεια και πάλι δεν έβγαζε ούτε τα μισά από ότι βάζαμε. Αυτή την ξεχνάς ούτε νερό δεν ήθελε να βάζουμε τέρμα αυτόματη φοβερό μηχάνημα. Ευχαριστω το eshop kotokotakia.gr και την εξυπηρετηση τους. Είμαστε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι όλοι. Ο Γιώργος είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικός ασχολήθηκε πάρα πολύ. Θα βάλω και πάπιες και θα επανέλθω με νέο σχόλιο μιας και δεν κατάφερα ποτέ να βγάλω.
