★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με εξαπάτησαν, με υποχρεωσαν να περάσω από το κατάστημα για να ελέγξω το προϊόν το οποίο υποτίθεται θα μπορούσα να παραλάβω διότι υπήρχε πακεταρισμενο και όταν πήγα μου είπαν ότι δεν μπορούσαν να μου το δώσουν! Ανοργανωσιά να το πω, κοροϊδία να το πω.. Επιεικώς απαράδεκτοι!!!
I was deceived, I was forced to go through the store to check the product which I was supposed to receive because it was packaged and when I went they told me that they could not give it to me! Disorganization to say it, mockery to say it .. Forgivingly unacceptable !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εν μέσω εγκλεισμού λόγω κορονοϊού, έκανα ένα τηλεφώνημα διερευνητικό για ένα προϊόν στο διαδυκτιακό κατάστημα τους. ( δερμάτινο καναπέ )
Στην άλλη γραμμή μου απάντησε μια ευγενική και πρόθυμη κυρία που θα έπρεπε να δίνει σεμινάρια πωλήσεων !
Σε λιγότερο από 20 λεπτά είχα δεχτεί φωτογραφίες του προϊόντος, συμβουλές διακόσμησης και λεπτομερείς επεξηγήσεις για την ποιότητα του, τη φροντίδα του και την τυχόν μεταφορά του στο χώρο μου.
Τι να σας πω... ήταν σαν να ήμουν στο χώρο και να έβλεπα το προϊόν !
Αγόρασα τον καναπέ, ο οποίος ήρθε δυο μέρες μετά και είναι καταπληκτικός !
Παλαιωμένο γνήσιο δέρμα σε καπιτονέ μορφή, ένα απίθανο κομμάτι, φοβερή ποιότητα και καταπληκτική τιμή !
Ήρθε σωστά αμπαλαρισμένος και οι κύριοι που τον μεταφέραν στο χώρο ήταν επαγγελματίες.

In the midst of a coronavirus closure, I made a phone call inquiring about a product in their online store. (leather sofa)
On the other line I was answered by a kind and willing lady who should give sales seminars!
In less than 20 minutes I had received photos of the product, decoration tips and detailed explanations for its quality, care and possible transfer to my place.
What can I tell you ... it was like being at the place and seeing the product!
I bought the sofa, which came two days later and is amazing!
Aged genuine leather in quilted form, an incredible piece, great quality and amazing price!
He came properly packed and the gentlemen who transported him to the place were professionals.
