Kassandra Palace Hotel and Spa - Unnamed Road

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, clean, tidy, modern and fresh. Pool side spectacular and views unreal. pool bar staff were amazing, the lovely lifeguard joined in our antics and was so fun, she is a star!! the food was perfect, nice choices and always looked amazing. felt sorry for the guy working reception at midnight, bus-load arrives and he is alone and its too much for one person. Our disappointment was the attitude of some staff, the receptionists were rude, dismissive and unhelpful (asked for iron, told it would come to room in an hour, came 6 hours later); had to beg for clean towels, cleaner ignored sign on door to come in and clean, had to call daily for help and then treated like we were the problem. our toilet flooded and we needed a mop and fresh towels, someone came but again very rude like we intentionally removed the pipe. In the restaurant, we ordered wine with dinner two nights in a row and it didnt come. In fairness when we complained, they sent a bottle to our room complimentary. This hotel is amazing and we would come back, despite the miserable front of house staff, the rest of it is worth it by miles.

Nice pools and lovely weather,nights and beaches (Update) In the end it did get a lot worse I got food poisoning twice and was lied to about trips such as “snorkelling” we never did that on trips and as we were told “we would see whale’s and dolphins” we never did the pools are dirty and don’t get cleaned they use damaged/old chlorine which also cut my body while swimming (this could lead to septicaemia if not treated) not to mention that the food was watered down (example the spaghetti was watered down and it was undercooked) and finally the rooms were damp and badly managed there are damages around the room Overall this hotel is more of a 3 star than a five star don’t believe these reviews and ratings it is poorly managed. -Experience 4/10

Myself and my partner (I should say wife!) went on our honeymoon to the Kassandra Palace and absolutely loved our stay. The hotel was spotless, modern with a abundance of facilities. Being a vegan, I am very picky with eating abroad but I was pleasantly surprised at the options to eat through the day, the spinach pastry at breakfast was a particular favourite! Lastly, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful especially a member of staff named Despina. This hotel is definitely on the 'visit again' list.

Lovely hotel with a great beach! The decor of the hotel is great. There was a relatively extensive breakfast buffet as well as good dinner options. The lounge areas by the beach and pool were very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and kind. The spa looked lovely and the bar areas are also very stylish. The beds were quite comfortable and the room balconies were spacious. I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing time away. The hotel is not located directly in a town but there are taxi services that can be used. I recommend going to Afytos (15 min drive away). The taxi costed us around 15 euros I would say the rooms lacked style and amenities compared to other 5 star hotels and I would have expected a few more in hotel activities (though i may not have been informed). The room AC was also quite loud. Thanks so much for having us :)

5 stars for workers (cleaners, waiters, gardeners) who do an excellent job. 2 stars for management. We paid extra for a sea view. However, the neighbouring room was always on the balcony smoking which made it difficult to go on the balcony and enjoy the sea view. This is also the case with outdoor restaurants where smoking is allowed and eating becomes a bad experience especially for families for children. There should be separate areas for those that wish to smoke to those that want to be away from it.

Excellent hotel with genuinely friendly staff, very much appreciated in a large hotel with hundreds of guests. Great location right next to the beach, decent spa, good restaurants. The all inclusive restaurant is not really 5 star, but the food is good enough that we ate there 5 nights out of 7. Only major niggle: out double room was 2 singles shoved together, very lightweight so they kept moving apart. A couple of clips holding them together would have made all the difference.

The hotel is set in beautiful grounds with a private beach. The staff are all so friendly and attentive especially the reception. The buffet food is delicious with different themed nights. The fitness activities were just right for me - stretch, yoga, pilates and body conditioning. The entertainment and activities team - 2 sisters-were amazing! Always full of energy, warm and friendly. We had a wonderful facial by Alina on our last full day which was a perfect end to a wonderful stay. Would love to come back again.

The hotel was beautiful! Both outside and inside! The beach is a few steps from your room and the pool with lovely with gorgeous sun bathing decks! There’s beach bar, pool bar, inside bars! No strain getting a cold drink as you’re only ever a few steps away from snacks or a cold beverage. The food is amazing! We paid for half bored (breakfast and tea) and we were not disappointed! There was something never every tea time! And the breakfast has so much variety and we are so much every morning we didn’t even need dinner!! 10/10 would recommend this hotel! I know I’ll be coming back! Such a lovely relaxing stay and all the staff are so helpful! Everyone always had a smile and so willing to help if you had a question!
