★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought back in November a 2020 Specialized Kenevo e-bike, excellent bike, excellent service from the bike shop. Had to use warranty two times, once for a damaged damper and once for a damaged motor. The bike shop handled the case very fast and reliable, without any additional costs and even provided a replacement mountain-bike for the time my bike was in for repairs. Excellent, no complaints at all. I recently bought for my daughter a Specialized Hotwalk balance bike as well.
