It’s all about your needs and wishes, trust John from the store and get your dream bike. We started our long distance bike tour from Athens and got completely equipped plus two customized bikes in a couple of days! The service was fantastic and after couple of hundred kilometers we got the confirmation that the bikes are also not only on the first look amazing! Basically we were so lucky to find PLUS Action bikes, because finding a bicycle trader that you can really trust is always connected to difficulties. Highly recommend for any kind of bicycle needs!
M	Meidan Anav on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go there! The work they did was a disaster ?! And now I understand why they don't want you to stay around while handling your bike. Also, they have an arrogant habbit of defining all other bikes, (that were not put together by them), as toys and not in good condition. My gears worked ok before but needed slight adjustment. After their handling, one of the front gear doesn't work at all. I wonder how this went unnoticed, while being handled. I found this after picking up the bike and half way to home. Didn't go back because I didn't have strength for their arrogant attitude. As it is, they broke one of the rear break pads. They put in new ones and I had to pay for the new ones. The break pad that they broke was completely new one that i had changed only a week before. Just would advise them a little bit of modesty and stop telling lies they wrote underneath.

Surprisingly, it was done in less than one day, they offered me lots of alternatives about spare parts, they were fully equipped, extra friendly, and most of all, they did an extra quality job! I rate with 5 stars, and greatly suggest this store
