L	Lilit Janshanian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα κάνει κράτηση μίνες πριν για την 25 Μαρτίου, μιλώντας με τον ιδιοκτήτη τον ρώτησα για την πολιτική ακυρώσεις μιας και ζουμε περίεργες καταστάσεις. Με διαβεβαίωσε ότι σε περίπτωση καραντίνας επιστρέφετε η προκαταβολή και σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης από εμένα αν μας τύχει κάτι μπορούμε να αλλάξουμε ημερομηνία. Όντως προέκυψε πρόβλημα υγείας που δυστυχώς δεν μπορούσαμε να πάμε, επικοινώνησα με τον ιδιοκτήτη 7 μέρες πριν την άφιξη για ακύρωση, ο οποίος ευγενέστατος μέχρι που άκουσε την λέξη ακύρωση. Άλλαξε εντελώς ο ύφος του μάλιστα μου είπε ότι πρέπει μας χρεώσει αλλά 400κατι ευρο για αποζημίωση αλλά μας κάνει την χάρη και δεν το κάνει και δεν επιστρέφει καμία προκαταβολή ούτε αλλάζει ημερομηνία :(( όταν του είπα τι μου είχε πει στο τηλ. Μου είπε απλά ότι δεν θυμάται να έχει πει κάτι τέτοιο. Σας συνιστώ να ζητήσετε γραπτά την πολιτική ακύρωσης γιατί ο τύπος είναι απατεώνας. There was indeed a health problem that unfortunately we could not go, I contacted the owner 7 days before arrival for cancellation, who was very polite until he heard the word cancellation. His style changed completely, he even told me that he should charge us 400 euros for compensation but he does us a favor and does not do it and does not return any deposit or change the date: ((when I told him what he had told me on the phone. He just told me that he does not remember saying such a thing. I recommend that you request a cancellation policy in writing because the guy is a scammer.

Τα δωμάτια άνετα, καθαρά με έξυπνες και χρηστικές διακοσμητικές λεπτομέρειες. Ευχαριστηθήκαμε πολύ το lobby του ξενοδοχείου όπου το τζάκι, το φανταστικό negroni μου, τα επιτραπέζια παιχνίδια, η μουσική, το χαμόγελο και η προσωπική περιποίηση από τον οικοδεσπότη Νίκο, ήταν αυτά που χρειαζόμασταν για τις Χριστουγεννιάτικες διακοπές μας. Νίκο ξέρω… είναι one man show αλλά τα πας περίφημα, συνέχισε, η αγάπη που δίνεις φαίνεται ? We had a great 5 day stay at this small hotel. From the first moment we felt hospitable. The rooms are comfortable, clean with smart and useful decorative details. We really enjoyed the hotel lobby where the fireplace, my fantastic negroni, board games, music, smile and personal care from host Nikos were all we needed for our Christmas holidays. Nikos I know… it's one man show but you are doing well, he continued, the love you give is visible ?

S	Sarah Prelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is set in a tranquil back drop of the mountain forest, away from any noises, yet minutes from the incredible city center of Karpenissi. The inside of the hotel feels as though it’s right out of a travel magazine and is more of a bed and breakfast than a hotel, with the owner checking on your every need. World music plays through the day, books of every subject coat the shelves and the decor is a party for the eyes. I only wish we could stay longer to explore the endless sights while returning to “home”, this wonderful little hotel that makes you want to live here forever. Many thanks to the owner for all he does!!
