Unfortunately, like often in Greece, you have a deluxe hotel and by its side a goats' shelter in aluminium, but that's not the property's fault, I suppose. Restaurants is nice but not at the level of the hotel. Staff very kind and helpful.

K	Kat Blactek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed a comfortable stay, good easy wifi access. we stayed in a suite. Not sure what qualifies as a suite but it was a large room, nothing more. Slept 4 but couldn't see where they would fit and only one chair, why? . Fun industrial decor spoilt with a total misfit old fashioned kitchenette with no cutlery, no crockery, no glasses, no kettle so make sure you take your own. nice views and comfy bed. Helpful staff, decent breakfast but I was disappointed there wasn't more local and/or traditional produce, to travel all the way to karpenisi to get frankfurters was a bit of a let down. Ceiling Lighting in the room hang very low and blinded us. Need transport as it is located outside the town. Boring coffee served with no goodies....Nice korres shower gel and shampoo.

You must try it and stay at least five days. By the way, great beds with extremely comfortable mattresses. Great food near the fireplace makes you feel at home. You have to try it!

We arrived earlier than the official check in time but we were shown to our room instantly with no waiting time. The room was very nicely decorated, spacious and with a large bathroom. It had all the necessities plus a fireplace and it was very clean. (It was cleaned daily). The lobby of the hotel and the breakfast area was modern yet cozy and warm and of course spacious for all the guests to fit in with ease. It also had a big parking space just outside and on the back of the hotel there is a small river which makes the scenery very serene. We couldn't of course use the swimming pool but it was very nice and large. The breakfast was very nice with a great variety of food. We didn't use the restaurant a lot except for snacks (pizzas etc) but everything was tasty and we were served quickly. The thing that made us the greatest impression was the personnel. Everyone was kind, attentive, always with a smile and we never had a request (not even a glass of water) that was forgotten or not taken care of, even during peak hours of breakfast. The personnel turned a great hotel to a great experience !!! We will definitely revisit.
