★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a villa....every house with a pool is not a villa.....the great disadvantage is the location....very difficult to find it even if you are a local citizen of chania....the last part of the road is very bad....
P.s.1 after your feedback I would like to inform you that yes I was in your establishment as a visitor. Implying things is not very professional. Also I cannot understand your way of offensive answer. As for the whole review and the meaning of a review is to give a heads up. I do not blame you for the road but I just mention because I was under the impression a review should be given to help and describe at it's best. Signs was indeed exist but not very clear or at the best spot so a professional driver, me and a couple of others had difficulty of finding it. And yes I was using google maps to find it....drive me to it. Moreover since google car has never passed that bad road it wasn't easy for me to explore the area at it's best....again not your fault.
I truly hope to get my review in a good faith.
I always have the intention to help someone not to diminish his/her efforts.

We had some issues with the Internet and warm water (during winter) every now and then, but for the rest all was great.
Note that a rental car is a must when staying at this place.
