★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top hotel with the best sea view in Old Town of Chania port. Rooms 47 is set in a building dating from the 12th century, a short walk from various restaurants, shops and cafes. We had one of those rooms and it was perfect. The lady of these rooms is very kind and helpful. Recommend it especially to young couples!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible views to the Old Town and the Old Harbor and great, spotless and full of historical memories rooms. We have stayed multiple times and it has always been perfect. We look forward to coming back asap. This place is perfect for a stay if you want to learn more information about the hystorical Chania town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accommodation in one of the most historic buildings of the old town of Chania! Incredible! Such a unique experience! With all the amenities and access to parking right in front of the hotel, very convenient because usually in the old town no cars enter. I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is quite a special energy in a very unique home, and the owner Sophia is energetic and friendly. This place is a good value for the view, with music and movies playing late. This is the energy of old town Chania!
If you’re sensitive to sound and need very clean facilities, you may want to pay a bit more and look elsewhere – or be sure to bring ear plugs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay here was all in all super! We took a room with shower, TV, Air conditioning, hair dryer, fridge and wondeful sitting area. It was spotless and with private bathroom, long beds and toilet paper. The view was majestic and we took a lot of pictures. Definitely I want to go again next summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an absolutely fantastic stay here. Location is great, staff is very friendly. The rooms were spacious, with bathroom and fresh towels. The owner lady, she was so cute, kind and elegant. She welcoming us as a friend who known us for years. Thank you for all! During my stay we had a great time, in this unique gem of Chania city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived our room was not available so put in a small room for the night. We were then given a house for the same price. Nice little house although a bit dirty and some improvements could be made. No shower curtain and stair carpet was loose. Also no where to hang up shower or toilet paper for toilet. Overall though for the money it is very good. The owner Sophia is lovely. Also get a 15% discount at one the the restaurants in town. Muses. We ste there nearly all the time. Location was perfect as well. Only give 4 stars because off cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the host is a nice person, communication through booking app is very fast.
location is very central.
since the building is old you can clearly here noise from other guests, not a big deal but be aware of it.
the night we were there there was no heating (it was an incredible cold night in Crete, strong cold wind) and there was no hot water(host told me they forgot to switch it on)
