★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and the menu in the restaurant, almost the same when was public. Now the view is updated. Need to rearrange the whole kitchen project and concept because was fairly mediocre. Keep evolving guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great setting with the roar of the waters rushing to feed the warefall. But the young ladies operating the tables were beyond bad. Pretty, but totally inept. We had a hard time ordering. Half the stuff never got there and in the middle of it all we were asked to pay. They had a great time though joking and having fun with the dude running the bar. Sad, because the coffee we did get was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That is exactly the place Édessa deserved. Fantastic environment, huge renovation, lots of food and drinks to choose from and friendly staff. The food is very good and the wine list very carefully picked from Greek labels. I love Alpha winery and they have lots of bottles. They might be slow when the place is crowded, but they will strive to offer their best service.
We had the rib eye, the local food tchioblek (aubergines with veal meat), souvlaki and the salmon. All food was excellent cooked.
Do they deserve a 5*? Not yet. The reasons are numerous: more fish to choose from, the catalogue should be changed, they serve the main dish when one has not finished his first dish.
