Έκοψαν την σκάλα από την βάση της προκειμένου να εφαρμόσουν το κάλυμμα και με την υπόσχεση οτι θα την ξανατοποθετησουν την άνοιξη.
Ουδέποτε η εταιρία απάντησε στα μηνύματα για αποκατάσταση της ζημιάς

* Μετα απο τηλεφωνικη επικοινωνια εκπροσωπου της εταιριας,αναγνωρισαν το λαθος τους, η βαση τοποθετηθηκε ετεροχρονισμενα κ χωρις οικονομικη αξιωση τελικα, παροτι δεν υπηρξε καμια ενημερωση οτι θα υπαρξει κοστος επανατοποθετησης
