G	Gianni Nikola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικό γυμναστήριο, μικρός χώρος αλλά θαυματουργός. Ποτέ φορτωμένο με πολύ κόσμο. Αίθουσα οργάνων και αποδυτήρια πάντα καθαρά! Οι γυμναστές όλοι άξιοι συγχαρητηρίων. Ο Κυριάκος καθοδηγεί και προτείνει τις πιο σωστές ασκήσεις για κάθε περίπτωση, γνώστης και ικανός να αντιμετωπίσει κάθε πρόβλημα ή ανάγκη ασκούμενου. Η Ελευθερία πάντα πρόθυμη, πρόσχαρη, με ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον και προσοχή για τον κάθε ασκούμενο, ορθές υποδείξεις και νέες κάθε φορά προτάσεις ασκήσεων! Η Κωνσταντίνα στην υποδοχή, η ψυχή του γυμναστηρίου! Το κλίμα οικογενειακό :-) Με βοήθησαν ανέλπιστα στην αποκατάσταση έπειτα από κάταγμα σφυρού και στην αντιμετώπιση χονδροπάθειας στα γόνατα, με ασκήσεις εκτελεσμένες με τρόπο ώστε να μην έχω καμία ενόχληση και να πετύχω ενδυνάμωση (τις οποίες κατά τα άλλα ο γιατρός μου είχε απαγορεύσει). Είμαι ενθουσιασμένος με όλη την ομάδα. Θερμές ευχαριστίες! Excellent gym, small space but miraculous. Never loaded with a lot of people. Instrument room and locker rooms always clean! The gymnasts are all worthy of congratulations. Kyriakos guides and suggests the most correct exercises for each case, knowledgeable and able to deal with any problem or need of a trainee. Eleftheria is always willing, happy, with special interest and attention for each trainee, correct suggestions and new exercises each time! Konstantina at the reception, the soul of the gym! The family atmosphere :-) They unexpectedly helped me in my recovery after a hammer fracture and in the treatment of chondropathy in my knees, with exercises performed in such a way that I have no discomfort and achieve strength (which my doctor had otherwise forbidden). I'm excited about the whole team. Warm thanks!
a	artemis papageorgiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 μήνες σε καροτσάκι. Η αποκατάσταση γίνεται με γρήγορους ρυθμούς! Ο Κυριάκος κάνει θαύματα! Εξαιρετικός άνθρωπος και πάνω απ' όλα γνώστης! 4 months in a stroller. Recovery is fast! Kyriakos works miracles! An excellent man and above all a knower!
I	Ioannis Lilimpakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an old gym, but that means it is an experienced gym. What it lacks in instruments, it gains in customer attention. You will feel welcome and part of a big family. As for the instruments, yes they are not new, but that that doesn't mean they are in bad condition. Highly recommended if what are looking for is a more "humane" gym.
C	Cookie Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly people but I don't feel like I was given the attention I needed and I felt uncomfortable at times. I was asked questions like ''How did you put all that weight on you?'', I was borderline mocked for being overly polite and I did hear some inappropriate comments from the staff about other customers. I'm not sure if I did my exercises right because no one was paying attention. Sometimes, when I asked questions, I felt like I was a nuisance. Overall, even though I was going there for a long time, I felt like almost no one was taking me seriously. Mind you, this was a long, long time ago and things might have changed.
