Ήρθα για λίγες ημέρες στην πόλη να κάνω κάτι δουλειές που είχα ανοιχτές, πήγα στο κατάστημα της Cosmote, ζήτησα μια καρτουλα και μια επιβεβαίωση που χρειαζόμουν. Μπαίνω λοιπόν στο μαγαζί, περιμένω λίγο μέχρι να με εξυπηρετήσει κάποιος από το προσωπικό, μου ρωτάει μια γυναίκα που δούλευε εκεί μπροστά από το ταμείο με περίεργο βλέμμα και τόνο τι θα ήθελα, της είπα μια καρτουλα, παίρνει τα στοιχεία μου, μου δίνει την κάρτα και πάω να πληρώσω μπροστά. Στο ταμείο με ρώτησαν πάλι με άσχημο βλέμμα και τόνο εάν ήθελα να μου βάλουν κάποιο πακέτο μαζί με την κάρτα που αγόρασα, τους ρώτησα τι πακέτα έχουν και δεν ήξεραν να μου πουν. Λίγο αργότερα αφού πλήρωσα την κάρτα και μετά, θυμήθηκα ότι έπρεπε να πάρω και μια επιβεβαίωση για μια δουλειά που έπρεπε να κάνω ακριβώς την επόμενη ημέρα και την χρειαζόμουν. Ρωτάω ευγενικά μπροστά στο ταμείο εάν γίνεται να μου δώσουν μια επιβεβαίωση γιατί θα την χρειαζόμουν, φωνάζει ο υπάλληλος που πλήρωσα μπροστά στο ταμείο την υπάλληλο που μου έδωσε την κάρτα και την ρωτάει εάν μπορεί να μου δώσει μια επιβεβαίωση. Εγώ να βρίσκομαι μπροστά και η γυναίκα που μου έδωσε την κάρτα να έχει το θράσος και να ρωτάει "τώώώραα;" (Όχι του χρόνου να λέω από μέσα μου). Πηγαίνω μπροστά ρωτάω την γυναίκα εάν γίνεται να μου βγάλει μια επιβεβαίωση και μου λέει ελάτε αύριο, δεν γίνεται να την βγάλουμε σε μία μέρα.. Χαλάλι τα 10 ευρώ, αυτά ήταν, δεν θα δούνε άλλα. Είπαμε.. δεν θα πληρώνουμε σαν πελάτες και θα σας παρακαλάμε για να γίνει μια δουλειά κι όλας, άιντε να σοβαρευτούμε λίγο γιατί έχει και άλλες εταιρείες να πάμε. Professionalism 0. So I enter the store, I wait a while until someone from the staff serves me, a woman who worked there in front of the cash register asks me with a strange look and tone what I would like, I told her a card, she takes my details, she gives me the card and I'm going to pay ahead. At the checkout they asked me again with a bad look and tone if I wanted to put a package with the card I bought, I asked them what packages they have and they did not know to tell me. A little later after I paid the card and then, I remembered that I had to get a confirmation for a job that I had to do exactly the next day and I needed it. I politely ask in front of the cashier if they can give me a confirmation why I would need it, the clerk I paid in front of the cashier yells at the clerk who gave me the card and asks if he can give me a confirmation. I should be in front and the woman who gave me the card should have the audacity and ask "now?" (Not time to say from within me). I go ahead and ask the woman if she can give me a confirmation and she says come tomorrow, it is not possible to take her out in one day .. Halali at 10 euros, that was it, they will not see any more. We said .. we will not pay as customers and we will ask you to do a job and everything, let's get a little serious because there are other companies to go.

And their one star is a lot. If they want 5G, let them look to make the internet of Kosmaki. And expensive company and unreliable.

c	chris mac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από κατάστημα Αλεξανδρούπολης κανένα παράπονο δεν έχω και οπότε πάω με βοηθάνε και με εξυπηρετούν τα παιδιά χρόνια τώρα για ότι κι αν χρειαστώ.Απλά να πω ένα παράπονο που έχω: 50ρα πληρώνουμε για όλα (τηλεόραση μουλτιρουμ,ott, ίντερνετ τηλέφωνο) ,47 ταχύτητα βγάζαμε μετά 38 βγάζαμε και εδώ και κάποιους μήνες 26 βγάζουμε.. Κολλάνε όλα, διακοπές κάνουν και πέφτουν τα τηλέφωνα,το ρούτερ,το Ρίπλεϊ τβ,δεν επαρκεί η λήψη του και πολλά άλλα... Παίρνουμε τηλέφωνα έρχονται το βλέπουν οι τεχνικοί το ανεβάζουν καμία 7 επάνω που αλλάζουν κανάλι αλλά πάλι περίπου τα ίδια κάνει και πέφτει και αυτό το έξτρα που έδωσαν....Ε είναι που έχουμε φοιτητές και όλοι τραβάνε και δεν μένει χώρος για τους μόνιμους κατοίκους.. Και όλα αυτά λίγο έξω από την πόλη 2300 χλμ με ξενοδοχεία και πανεπιστήμιο δίπλα.Ενώ στα ίδια χλμ μέσα στην πόλη καμπάνα η 50ρα ...οπτικές ίνες έχουμε μπροστά από τις οικοδομές και παλιό καφάο έχουμε στα 20 μέτρα ενώ στα 120 και 340 μέτρα ξενοδοχείο και σχολείο μπροστά έχει καινούργια αριστερά δεξιά ...Πριν 3 χρόνια έργα θα γινόταν ακόμη γίνονται... Χιλή Αλεξανδρούπολης... Έχω αγανακτήσει 5 χρόνια που μένω Χιλή. Η κορυφαία εταιρεία δεν πρέπει να πηγαίνει έτσι! I have no complaints from Alexandroupolis store and so I go, the children help me and serve me for years now for whatever I need. Just to say a complaint I have: after 38 we released and for some months now we release 26 .. Everything sticks, the phones, the router, the Ripley tv are interrupted and dropped, it is not enough to download it and much more ... We get phones, they come, they see it, the technicians raise it, no 7 up, they change the channel, but again it does about the same and this extra they gave falls .... Well, we have students and everyone pulls and there is no room left for the permanent residents. .And all this just outside the city 2300 km with hotels and university next door.While at the same km inside the city the bell is 50 ... hotel and school in front has a new left right ... 3 years ago projects would still be done ... Chile Alexandroupolis ... I have been indignant for 5 years living in Chile. The top company should not go like this!
Π	Παναγιωτης Αποστολόπουλος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι... Δεν θέλουν να εξυπηρετήσουν, βαριουνται και μόνο που υπάρχουν, δυσκινησία και δυσκαμψία στο μέγιστο. Τους κάνεις απορία για τη δουλειά τους και δεν ξέρουν να απαντήσουν ούτε είναι πρόθυμοι να πάρουν στο συνάδελφικο τους κατάστημα να δουν και να ρωτήσουν. Απλά απορώ πως στον ιδιωτικό τομέα επιτρέπεται κάτι τέτοιο. Και μετά δεν τους παίρνουν για δουλειά. Απίστευτοι.!!! Unacceptable ... They do not want to serve, they are bored and only exist, dyskinesia and stiffness to the maximum. You ask them about their work and they do not know how to answer nor are they willing to take to their colleague shop to see and ask. I just wonder how this is allowed in the private sector. And then they do not hire them. Incredible. !!!

Excellent service and very kind everyone! An employee in particular always solves any problem I have with my cell phone and devotes as much time as needed!
