V	Vicky Vicky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειρωνικό ύφος υπαλλήλων ενώ ρωτάς κάποια βασικά πράγματα που θα έπρεπε να σου πουν από μόνοι τους ή να σου τα δώσουν σε γραπτή μορφή και όχι να σε κοροϊδεύουν και να σου λέει ο καθένας κάτι διαφορετικό για το τι ισχύει για το κάθε πακέτο και διαδικασία!!!!! Ironic style of employees while you ask some basic things that they should tell you on their own or give them to you in writing and not to make fun of you and everyone to tell you something different about what applies to each package and process !! !!!

Πάρα πολλά λεφτά πεταμένα για υπηρεσίες που ενώ αναγράφονται στο συμβόλαιο δε μου παρέχουν και ούτε διορθώνουν τα προβλήματα ούτε με αφήνουν να διακόψω το συμβόλαιο χωρίς να πληρώσω έξτρα λεφτά ενώ ξαναλέω ότι ΔΕ ΜΟΥ ΠΑΡΕΧΟΥΝ ΑΥΤΑ ΠΟΥ ΓΡΑΦΕΙ ΤΟ ΣΥΜΒΟΛΑΙΟ!!!!! ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ ΤΟ ΛΙΓΟΤΕΡΟ. ΕΧΩ ΜΕΙΝΕΙ ΧΩΡΙΣ ΙΝΤΕΡΝΕΤ ΚΑΙ ΟΥΤΕ ΤΟ ΦΤΙΑΧΝΟΥΝ ΟΥΤΕ ΑΚΥΡΩΝΟΥΝ ΤΟ ΣΥΜΒΟΛΑΙΟ ΚΑΙ ΜΕ ΑΝΑΓΚΑΖΟΥΝ ΝΑ ΠΛΗΡΩΝΩ ΓΙΑ ΙΝΤΕΡΝΕΤ ΠΟΥ ΔΕΝ ΕΧΩ!!!!! Non-existent internet signal and non-existent service. Too much money wasted on services that while listed in the contract do not provide me and do not correct the problems nor do they let me terminate the contract without paying extra money while I say again that they DO NOT PROVIDE ME WHAT THE CONTRACT WRITES !!!!! LESS UNACCEPTABLE. I HAVE BEEN LEFT WITHOUT INTERNET AND THEY DO NOT MAKE IT OR CANCELL THE CONTRACT AND FORCE ME TO PAY FOR INTERNET THAT I DO NOT HAVE !!!!!
G	Georgia Somponi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετα απο τηλεφωνημα για το υπερφουσκωμενο λογαριασμο που ηταν απο λαθος του συστηματος η απαντηση τους στην αρχη οτι τα χω κανει αν θελετε διακανονισμο και μετα εμεις δε μπορουμε να κανουμε τιποτα καλεστε στα κεντρικα( ειχα καλεσει ηδη τουλαχιστον 6φορες και χρεωνεται και η κληση τους ) αλλα το κυριοτερο ο υπαλληλος μου κλεισε το τηλεφωνο στα μουτρα.....!! Συγχαρητηρια.Καθολου συζητησιμη και αδιαφορη αντιεπαγγελματικη Επεμενα οτι ειδα αναλυτικο λογαριασμο και τοσο καιρο τουλαχιστον 1χρονο χρεωνουν κλησεις που τις εχω κανει πριν το ληξιπροθεσμο και τις κλησεις που ειναι δωρεαν με την wind. Αναγκάζομαι να βάζω επί πληρωμή πακέτα ίντερνετ άλλης εταιρείας στο κινητό μου για να κάνω τις εργασίες μου. Rude and I have no internet signal in my house. Not at all. I have not had internet at all for over half a year and they have not fixed it. I have to put paid internet packages of another company on my mobile to do my work.
